____________________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE ---------- Etablissement du parc Phantasialand en Allemagne entre Bonn et Cologne. Directement accolé au parc d'attractions (excellent par ailleurs, pour les sensations fortes) avec un accès privé au parc donc vous passez de votre chambre à l'intérieur du parc en 1 escalier presque. ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- Hôtel avec une superbe thématique africaine, de très jolis décors et une belle ambiance. Grand hôtel mais très bien organisé, accueil parlant anglais et une bonne explication du fonctionnement de l'hôtel, les possibilités de dîner, le petit déjeuner, et on vous remet directement le plan du parc également pour que vous soyez prêts le lendemain si vous arrivez la veille. Ascenseurs pour accéder aux chambres. Le check-in et check-out (une boite où poser votre carte) sont ainsi très fluide et vous pouvez très bien ne prendre qu'une seule nuit, faire le parc le lendemain en profitant de l'accès privé, donc faire des A/R entre parc et hôtel pour se poser, puis le soir sortir par l'hôtel pour reprendre votre voiture. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- Grande chambre à la lumière tamisée, bien décoré dans la même thématique. Ce sont des chambres familiales pour 4 personnes, le tout est propre avec grande penderie, repose bagages, bureau, TV, literie confortable avec couette. La salle de bain est très bien également avec une grande douche. Le tout est bien insonorisé (pas de bruit provenant des attractions par exemple). ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Un service de petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix, sous forme de buffet sucré/salé, énormément de choix ! De nombreux pains, viennoiseries, oeufs divers à la minute, lard/bacon, pain perdu, charcuteries, fromages et quelques spécialités africaines. Très bon rien à redire. L'hôtel dispose de 2 restaurants, un restaurant à la carte non testé, et un restaurant buffet africain. Là également un choix important avec en entrée divers crudités et viandes froides. En plat des tajines, légumes à l'africaine, mafé poulet etc. Et une partie grillade à la minute allant du poulet au crocodile. Et un buffet de desserts, bref tout ce qu'il faut à un prix de parc d'attractions (36€) mais convenable au vu du choix et la qualité. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Prix assez élevé, facilement plus de 250€/nuit petit déjeuner et diner compris pour 2 personnes. Mais standard pour un parc d'attractions, c'est à dire au moins une fois si vous n'avez pas beaucoup de budget, pour l'ambiance et les facilités d'accès au parc. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Parking au top également car c'est un parking privé gratuit juste à côté de l'hôtel donc proximité directe parking-hôtel-parc d'attractions. ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- Hôtel parfait, les chambres sont nickels, bien décoré, propre. Amazing hotel with incredible dinner buffet. Clean rooms with separate space for children’s bed that looks like a camping tent. Great service. We stayed a second time just for the dinner. Drinks at the bar weren’t all that great, but everything else was a hit.

Absolutely amazing hotel with such lovely theming throughout the hotel. Direct access to Phantasialand. Lovely rooms with four poster beds and a lovely safari tent bed for the kids. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are lovely and air conditioning to keep the room cool. We had a lovely welcome with great service and some treats for the kids as well as timing it perfectly to watch the African dancers do a short show!! We loved the ball pit for the kids and also the assault course in the restaurant hallway. The courtyard and jungle theme is beautiful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!!

We stayed 11-13th June 2024, two adults and two kids. This hotel is unreal, the decoration is so cool, the beds are soooo comfortable. The breakfast is very good, bbq dinner is good, not your normal bbq it also serves zebra, ostrich and other meats. Our stay was unreal, we had park tickets too, the park is better than Disney in Paris for rides. All tv channels are in german. Hotel is very warm, and immaculately clean. Rooms have everything you need for your stay. Only issue was with our dry cleaning. We were staying for 3 days. The evening of the first day we brought down clothes to reception to be cleaned and was told they would go the following morning and be back that evening at 6pm. When we went to collect the clothing we were told it was never sent out and we would be given 10% discount for their error. Due to this error we had to spend the evening of the second night going into town and looking for a store that was open to purchase new clothes for 4 people, not something we had planned or budgeted for. Also we had extra wet baggage going home, also not what we had planned on due to luggage weights on the plane. On check out the following morning, we discussed with the receptionist on duty our issue from the evening before. She said there had been no notes left on the computer of our issue. So we did not get the discount promised. She offered us a bag of chocolate bits instead. This spoiled our stay along with the pool issue. I had read on other reviews you may use the pools in the sister hotel on site, The Ling Bao, this is not the case anymore. The receptionist informed us it is now only for guests of The Ling Bao Hotel only.

This is already the second hotel of Phantasialand where I have stayed. This park - which is my favourite ever - never stops to amaze me! The hotel is -like the park - perfectly themed. I also think this is the perfect one for children among the three, since there is a kids swimming pool fullfilled with balls and a kids playrground and trail. The check-in lady, Karmen, was lovely and she also gave me some suggestions about what not to miss when it came to food to eat in the park (Danke Karmen, the suggestions were great :)!) When you stay at the hotels they also give you two quick passes for every night that you stay there and thanks to this you can stand in the less (or no) crowded queue to skip the queue line of one of those attractions:Colorado Adventure, Winja's Fear, Winja's Force, Chiapas, Talocan or Maus au Chocolat. If it is a warm day I suggest you to use this quick pass for Chiapas! I also loved that in the restaurant Bantu and in the garden there was a little show in the late afternoon with African dancers and it made the atmosphere of the hotel even warmer. The room was clean and beautiful, with a large bed, a desk and a very large wardrobe. You will find a bottle of sparkling water on the desk. The bathroom had a huge shower and you can find a shower/shampoo gel, a hairdryer and every hotel of the park gives you a kit (you can find an elastic for the hair, a q-tip and a nail file in it). The breakfast at the restaurant Zambesi was also great, with a lot of drinks, gravoury and sweet food. And of course being Phantasialand Phantasialand the restaurant was also perfectly themed. The rides open 15 minutes before for hotel guests, so it is a perfect way to be in the queue line of your favourite ride before anyone else!

Stayed here for 1 night with my son , lovely clean hotel. Easy access to the park. Rooms are of a high standard. Lovely breakfast buffet in the morning before a day of rollercoasters! I would have given it 5 stars, but there was a large corporate function going on the night of our stay . The noise resonated through the whole hotel and went on until late . I found that a little disrespectful to the guests. Apart from that I would recommend the hotel!

We stayed for three nights just before new years and had the most amazing stay. We drove from the UK and unfortunately due to delays at Calais we didn’t arrive until gone midnight. We arrived to the most friendly and happy chap that checked us in (I’m really sorry but I’ve forgotten your name!), he knew who we was and just generally made us feel so welcome after such a long drive. The room was on the third floor and was lovely and quiet. There was plenty of space for both of us. The shower was better than ours at home. It was just so lovely. We plan to come back in the summer as it was far too cold to ride Chiapas and we desperately want to give it a go! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed at this hotel for a night in November, ive stayed here a few times before and never had any complaints, I booked mainly for the hour in the theme park without any guests, In the past at least one rollercoaster has been open open in this hour, but these time it was the swings and carousel, I just think this is pointless as both of these rides don’t really build a queue up in the day so it’s not really a benefit to open these early, rooms are pretty basic, I couldn’t find any English channels on the tv, also I did ask for a room with an “okay” view, as it was a quiet time of year and the hotel wasn’t really busy I thought this wouldn’t be an issue… we got a car park view, I’d defo look elsewhere to stay, very expensive compared to nearby hotels.

Christian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Room with theme park view and balcony as requested. Bar soap would be appreciated in bathrooms. The Zambezi buffet had a large selection and good quality food, but need a lower price al a carte restaurant option to avoid paying high price every night. Overall, a great place to stay to visit Phantasialand.
