Holiday cottage with outdoor bath barrel, outdoor sauna and shower as well as an outdoor kitchen and a south-faced sunny yard. The house was designed with emphasis on energy andenvironmental sustainability as well as full use of daylight. The houseis both noiseless and energy efficient. The house has an open conceptliving room/kitchen, three bedrooms all with access to the terrace,mezzanine with 2 mattresses and bathroom with whirlpool and sauna.Utility room with table, washing machine and dryer.One annex has two extra beds and activity room with i.a. PlayStation2 and Nintendo Wii. The other annex has a steam room/sauna for 10 persons.Between the main house and the 2 annexes, connected by the terrace, there is a bath barrel heated by wood firing (DanCenter does not service this), outdoor shower and several built-in sun loungers which make the area a true wellness area. There is also a heater for prolonging the summer evenings. On the terrace you will also find an outdoor kitchen. Part of the terrace area is covered.There is underfloor heating in all rooms. One bedroom hasits own TV. There is extra fridge for beer and water. The decor ismodern/exclusive with furniture in modern design and of the highest quality.The owners good taste and safe feeling for the interaction betweenfurniture and decor shines through everywhere. There is anethanol fireplace that provides a comfortable warmth without any odour.Several of the windows stretch from floor to ceiling, ensuring acompletely optimal natural light. The result is an unusually bright andappealing house. The many m² make room for a large family, or even twofamilies wanting to spend their holiday together, have lots of space.The plot is anopen plot in a quiet and peaceful holiday area.
