Forenom Aparthotel Stockholm Alvik

Cuando mi esposo reservó este alojamiento y leí todas las malas críticas aquí, estaba realmente preocupado por nuestra estadía e incluso estaba considerando cancelar nuestra reserva. ¡Estoy tan feliz de que no lo hicimos! Nos alojamos por 5 días y todo fue genial, no experimentamos ninguno de los problemas mencionados anteriormente. Sí, no se parecía exactamente a las fotos y en realidad no era un apartamento, más bien una habitación con cocina americana y baño, pero estaba limpio, bien equipado y tranquilo. Está muy cerca de la estación de metro Alvik, por lo que puedes llegar al centro en 15 minutos. También hay una sala de lavandería gratuita y un gimnasio que se puede utilizar las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. Consejo: hay un chat en vivo en el sitio web de Forenom en caso de cualquier consulta, pueden ayudar de inmediato. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí de nuevo :)

No te quedes en este hotel, en primer lugar, estaba increíblemente deteriorado. En segundo lugar, accidentalmente dejé un par de auriculares colgados en una de las lámparas de la cama. Me di cuenta inmediatamente y contacté con el hotel, y dicen que no los han visto, aunque estoy seguro de que todavía están colgados allí. Cuando me estaba secando el cabello con el secador de pelo, casi se incendió cuando comenzó a brillar en rojo y a humear antes de apagarse por sí solo. Realmente no recomiendo a nadie que se quede en este hotel; Hay opciones mucho más frescas disponibles por el mismo precio.

So our family came to Stockholm for a weekend and stayed in this Forenom Stockholm hotel. What should I tell you? It's completely economy style hotel. You get what you payed for. I was pleasantly surprised by the free laundry. Metro station was really very close to the hotel so it's very easy to reach any needed Stockholm point. Small kitchen had all needed equipment to cook some food. Perfect views of city through the window. A big minus - untidy half cleaned rooms. After all I would come back here one more time again.

Our group were travelling from the UK. On the day we arrived we received a text message that gave us code for front door and room code. After an hour in Central train station we found the green metro line, this took us in and out of alvik every 3 mins. The green line journey was approx 7 stops and took around 20mins. Some rooms were extremely noisy due being next to the train station and dual carriageway. We originally find the hotel, mainly thanks to Google maps. Codes sent to be let in front door worked so we jumped into excelators and off we went to our rooms. The key pad I found easy to use. As soon as I opend the door and switched the lights on the smell of rotting food hit me. On inspection there was mouldy food left in cupboards. Automatically I check the microwave which has food caked everywhere inside. The cupboards that plates and cup were kept in had some kind of congealed substance dotted everywhere. I then noticed that a drink had been dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. I then noticed spatters and smudges of blood on the floor area. I would have been straight down to reception to request a clean room. However it seems reception is no longer manned. Free tea, coffee and fruit is no longer offered. 5mins walk is a supermarket where I bought cleaning products. It's not safe staying in these conditions at the best of times, yet alone covid times. I scrubbed that one bed apartment which is not what I wanted to do after travelling 14hrs. That night there were people running up and down room hallways banging doors and trying handles. We returned one afternoon and 4 armed assault police officers were running in and out of the hotel. All in all our stay was a disaster. I only write of my room, however both of my colleagues suffered the same. The toilet had not been cleaned and a massive jobbie was waiting for him. An headboard completely fell off mid sleep. No locks on 10th floor windows. The only saving grace for me was that the bed was clean and comfy.

Stayed here for a errand in stockholm, when i first came here i had some problems with getting access due to a pin code being required, they sent me a bunch of mails with long texts and links and it was rather bothersome to find the pin code, the whole apartment smells of food and curry and the apartment itself was rather worn out. But atleast it was not too expensive.

The aparthotel is a comfortable place in Wintertime: warm and cosy. We stayed for five nights. But: the pics on the bookingsite are really misleading: the hotellobby is empty, the breakfast-room is empty and the apartment is very small. Also there were several things not working: the electricitypoint in the kitchen, the extractor, the toilet, the aircirculation in the bathroom.... There needs some work be done. The Metroline is very nearby: every 3 minutes a train to the citycentre.
