Personas le gustan mucho vivir en este apartamento de hotel de marca. Actualmente hay tres tiendas en la costa dorada, cada tienda ofrece diferentes tipos de habitaciones y los precios varían. La tienda ofrece piscinas calientes, sauna seca y equipos de gimnasio. Hay varios estacionamientos en la puerta, cada vez que el estacionamiento se puede realizar durante 30 minutos, el autoconducción se paga por estacionamiento o en el lugar cercano.

We phoned prior to find out parking options. They said no valet. We arrive and sure enough, there’s complimentary valet parking for guests. This was a pleasant surprise. The lady at reception was not especially helpful. We requested an early check-in during booking process. We arrived around 2 hours prior to normal check-in and were told our room wasn’t recently. We paid extra for breakfast, $100 meal credit and late check-out. The receptionist twice mentioned a $50 credit - not sure why? Our lunch meal at restaurant Nineteen was excellent. Fresh oyster journey, moreton bat bugs and dessert. An extensive wine list including by the glass. The infinity pool on level 19 looks amazing. Given more time, we would have used it for sure. We booked the stellar room. The room itself was spacious and luxurious. King bed. Separate living/dining room. Both with large TVs. Bath tub. Monsoon shower. Bath robes and slippers. Smart lighting and curtains. Large balcony with 180 degree view, albeit ocean view mostly obstructed by other buildings. Mid afternoon, we received a random knock on the door. It was the turn down service. We didn’t oblige. Reception had failed to mention this. We ordered room service for dinner. Uninspired menu. Burger and fries took around 45 mins. It was warm at best. And very over priced. There was some loud-ish dance music being played in the shared corridor, over the in-house audio speaker system. Poor choice. We could hear it while watching TV in bed. Fortunately, the next sound track improved around 2300h. Breakfast was pre-paid. We were handed a memu and told we could order what we wanted. Juice, tea or coffee and a main. We ordered crab omelette and some sides. We were unexpectedly charged extra for the sides. It wasn’t explained to us. Thankfully, check-out was simpler and smoother than check-in. Concierge and valet were on point. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but for the price tag, don’t think it represents fair value - we’ll unlikely return.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this apartment resort, good to see it is still as good as 4 years ago, just as I remembered. We stayed in a “2 Bedroom with Sea view”, spacious lounge with kitchen in the middle, both bedrooms has it’s own bathroom, level 20 offered good ocean view and a large balcony. All interiors are modern and clean, and lift is operated with keycard entry that provides good security, not to mention the location is excellent, right in the middle of broadbeach with Oasis Shopping Centre and many restaurants, cafes are just downstairs. We will certainly stay in this apartment resort again next time in Broadbeach.

Family of 3 for 6 nights. Very spacious clean and comfortable. Master ensuite large and very nice. Great pool. But you need to pay $5 for extra towels... Really! Short walk to beach and you can walk about a 1 km to Pacific mall but to far to walk with groceries back, Coles closer about 500m Train station 400m train or uber to Surfers CBD $12. I would have given this place 4.5 except for maintenance issues and Curtin's. The windows face directly east great view but the curtains can't be fully closed so you get bright sunlight coming in early in the mornings, hard to sleep in Maintenance: our AC control panel LED went blank, the buttons worked but couldn't read menu program and had to guess if it was on auto or fan or timer managed to get it running continuously at good temperature but not easy .We Reported this on day 2 and subsequent calls but no action. Surely they would have a spare panel to plug and play? 2: the master bedroom door jammed closed I had to use balcony to get from living area to bedroom which is not convenient with a 5yo. My wife had to sleep in spare bed incase our daughter had to get up during the night. We Reported this day 5 but nobody came to look or fix A general note to travelers. Many of these holiday apartments are privately owned but managed by a receptionist employed by a management group. It is not like a hotel where they employ maintenance staff.
