The Inn at Yanleigh

Used the inn at Yanleigh for a lovely meal served by friendly staff ( today a rare thing ) , there was a group of us , then stayed over night in a clean comfortable room. A little too warm for me but that’s just my personal opinion . Would definitely recommend

Stayed here for an early morning flight. Really good value. The room was warm with everything we needed. Check in is at 3pm we arrived a bit early but couldnt have key until 3. We ate at the Inn. Food was gorgeous, hot and plentiful. I had bruscetta which was huge followed by the steak👍👍hubby had soup and faggots and peas. Prices for meals are really reasonable. Great value all round! Will be staying again soon.

Stayed here on the 13th feb a day before we flew to Benidorm we arrived early had food and drinks which were lovely staff very friendly and helpful went to rooms nice if not a little basic the biggest disappointment is the sleep quality very poor a lot of noise coming from the air conditioning units outside our room and not the first time hardly any sleep the beds are comfortable but with the noise no sleep

Found this place by chance as ... to cut a long story short .. I had a couple of hours to kill in the area while waiting for my son. I wanted both to get lunch and to do some work on my laptop. I was really pleasantly surprised. Nice, spacious restaurant/bar, great pub grub and coffee and very good value. Lovely lasagne for just £9.95. The young staff were very friendly and accommodating. They actually seemed to be enjoying working there, which isn't always the case in hospitality. Highly recommended.

Restaurant looked lovely, although we didn’t eat there, our friends said their food was lovely. It went downhill from there. We were staying here before our flight at Bristol airport and were expecting a basic room. We were really disappointed as opened bedside draws to find someone’s underwear and clothes. We were unhappy as the room mustn’t have been cleaned well enough. Both us and our friends noticed stains on curtains and bedsheets as well as bedsheets with a funny damp smell. The entire room didn’t feel clean or safe for the night. Although we didn’t say anything to the staff as we were leaving early in the morning, despite the distance to the airport, our experience was enough to put us off ever staying here again

We went to the yanleigh for food it’s was my sisters birthday, food was ok but the manager mya I believe was beyond rude. We asked a waitress if we could sit and she pointed us to a table, ten mins later the manager came over after we had ordered drinks etc and told us we couldn’t sit at that table as it was booked even though they don’t take bookings. We asked if they had another table to then be told ‘no’ we found one ourselves in the end and carried on with our meal, there was a mix up in the kitchen and our starter were delivered to then be taken away again as it was given to the wrong table, they sent a children’s meal even tho we didn’t have any children with us.. beyond disappointed and won’t be returning. Such a shame but poor management will ruin a lovely place in a Lovely setting.
