Premier Suites Bristol Redcliffe

Great location ion but room was not very clean. There was no soap, shampoo or shower gel. I was expecting way more.

Apartment has everything you need for a stay in Bristol, easy walking distance to all of the city. Nice and warm and a good shower. Some updating is needed, only 1 oven shelf, missing cupboard fronts in the kitchen obvious water ingress in the bathroom and mould around the windows in twin bedroom. Possibly the worst thing was the view? Of a concrete wall from the windows.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kristina, Erica & Klava for accommodating me, I really appreciate how smoothly they've handled everything. Enjoyed my stay here, would recommend! That flat was spacious, well taken care of and in a central location. Perfect.

I decided to spend a weekend in Bristol and I couldn't choose a better location for my stay! Premier Suites Bristol Redcliffe is conveniently located in City Centre. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need during your stay and everything was cleaned up to standards. Accessing the apartment is easy and you always have either the Reception or Security to help you, when you need.

Having to stay a few nights at short notice for family reasons I stayed at Premier Suites Apartments - great location, very clean, well maintained apartment and very professionally run - from a very warm welcome, to easy to follow parking instructions and Prem's Green commitment. The apartments are modern, well kitted out and I would highly recommend a stay.

The booking process and info before checking in was pretty good. Parking was steep though at £20 per night. The actual place was average with some things a bit outdated. The bed was really comfy. Three things I was really disappointed about which would make me not want to stay here again: 1. the deposit was not taken separately to the rest of the payment. So I am now waiting for a refund of that rather than simply them taking it off my available funds and placing it back again. The £250 deposit alone would make me reluctant to book again. 2. The TV didn't work properly. Terrestrial was fine but when I logged into itv this didnt work at all and just kept freezing etc. 3. When I woke up I found live bugs in the kitchen sink...kind of like some sort of earwig type thing but I'm not entirely sure. Glad they weren't there when I arrived because I would have been put off staying. I am wholly worried they are going to try and get away with not giving me my deposit back for some reason even though I left the place entirely as I found it.
