El lugar es muy conveniente, es de esperar la vista del mar, y ofrece muchas bebidas diferentes,
Pero el servicio no es tan bueno como se dice.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, el baño no ofrece toallas de dientes, el agua de lavado de cabeza no es suficiente, el toallita no tiene cuidados de cabello, los huéspedes deben estar preparados.
Además, no hay agua caliente para lavarse a media noche, y es decepcionante.

Great modern hotel. Room spotless, beds comfy, good location for the centre of Brighton. We had a very minor issue with check in, but dealt with swiftly and professionally with minimal impact.

La recepcionista es muy receptiva y profesional. Todo lo que pedimos (cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, hielo y luego otro cubo de hielo adicional) nos lo dieron de inmediato. El spa era genial, tenía dos jacuzzis que estaban vacíos regularmente, por lo que puedes disfrutar de un jacuzzi completo solo con tus amigos / pareja / familia; había una sala de vapor y una sauna y muchos sofás alrededor del spa donde poder refrescarse; la piscina también está a solo unos pasos, por lo que puede sumergirse en el frío después del tratamiento caliente. Desafortunadamente, sin embargo, no había espacios disponibles para los tratamientos (faciales, masajes, mani / pedi, etc.), por lo que recomiendo reservar con anticipación para asegurarse de obtener el suyo. Una queja es que la ventana de nuestra habitación estaba atascada y no se podía abrir, por lo que si hace buen tiempo en verano, puede ser difícil quedarse allí.

La habitación está en el piso superior, hay un pequeño balcón, puede atrapar el viento del mar, la habitación no es grande, no es el mismo que el tipo de habitación reservado, antes se notó especialmente el tipo de habitación que necesita! Esta vez no hay tipo de habitación para dormir, pero la ubicación del hotel es buena

El hotel es muy bueno, el cuarto es grande, muy limpio, a dos pasos del mar y de la estación de autobús, un poco lejos de la estación de tren, pero en general está muy tranquilo y cómodo. La tienda de desayuno recomendada es muy deliciosa.
También ofrecen muchos pequeños platos, amor.

Super cute hotel, only minutes away from the beach. Quiet place slightly further out from the busy bars but close enough to walk. Lovely staff really chatty and helpful. Offered places to go and visit. We would highly recommend it and Would be more than happy to go back again

Upgraded us to balcony to see the whole of the beach and Brighton/hove

Room was well presented with enough storage space.
Bed comfortable.
Large bathroom with good shower. Just remember to close window blind as window not frosted glass!
Breakfast was included and was very tasty although choice was limited.
Service at breakfast was quick and staff friendly and helpful
Check in and departure was dealt with efficiently and was able to leave luggage for a few hours.

UUsuario invitadoCheck in was clean and error free, and friendly. Room was clean, pillows and blankets were clean, amenities available and convenient. Food service was excellent with lots of options including gluten free. Location was the best. Would highly recommend for others wanting a solid place to take a family.

Se puede guardar el equipaje de forma gratuita todo el tiempo que desee. El único inconveniente es que el lavabo es demasiado pequeño. Vivimos en el cuarto piso más alto, por lo que el bar de abajo que abre toda la noche no afectará mucho nuestro sueño. Pero si el piso Es más bajo, creo que será un choque por la noche. El hotel proporciona tapones para los oídos.

SSoyoungThe services were great. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the leisure facilities. They don’t rent a lock for the lockers in the changing room, but wasn’t a big deal. The free wifi did not work in my room. They tried to fix it but didn’t work. That didn’t ruin my stay anyways. My only little suggestion is that it would have been more convenient if there were some shelves or small stools in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious but there wasn’t much space to put your own stuff other than just on the floor.

Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.
