Muy céntrico, frente a la playa y al lado de todo. Parking de pago justo enfrente. Buen desayuno y personal atento. Atención a quien tenga dificultades para subir escaleras , ver la planta asignada (puede ser hasta 4) Recomendaría que limpien el patio interior, nuestra habitación estaba en el sótano y la “vista” no era nada buena

Stayed for one night at the Brighton House hotel in Regency Square in Brighton. Great warm welcome from host who explained everything. To my room on the third floor and what a lovely room, warm, very comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom with a view across the square. Sadly I was away too early next morning so missed breakfast but there was croissants and cake left out. Really enjoyed my stay here and would fully recommend.

Lovely, well kept guest house in a perfect location. Quiet room. No noise from the city. The room was lovely, well equipped with variety of hot drink selection, iron, hairdryer and super warm blankets to go in the bed. Thermostatic rads and windows that opened (not to be taken for granted in hotels now days). Super friendly and helpful host and really good continental breakfast including wonderful cheese selection and homemade yoghurt. Will definitely stay here again.

Brighton House in Regency Square is a lovely place to stay. It's in a great location - close to everything including the seafront, the i360, shops, restaurants, bars & clubs - as well as The Brighton Centre. We have stayed at Brighton House numerous times over the years and we always receive a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are located on several levels (there is no lift). Some rooms look out to the square and down to seafront. Some rooms look out to the rear of the building. We had one of these rooms (number 35) which is up 1 flight of stairs. It is very spacious and quiet - and with a very comfortable 4 poster bed. An excellent continental buffet breakfast is on offer - with a wide range of freshly prepared fruit, yogurts, fruit juices, fish, meat, bread products, local cheese, etc. We always use Regency Secure Parking when we stay at Brighton House because it is a very reasonable price and just a short walk away. Thank you to everyone at Brighton House for another great stay.

Centrally located , in a beautiful regency square this is a very very good guest house . The rooms are immaculately clean . The owners/staff are friendly and efficient . The continental breakfast (included in the room price) was excellent quality and delicious . There’s (bookable ) parking in the square and the guest house is easily walkable from the train station . Just a note to check which floor you’ll be staying on when you book … we were on the top floor with marvellous (sea) views but it was up alot of stairs , fine for us but maybe compromise the view for a lower floor if you don’t want to climb too many floors !

10/10 (and I dont score that often). Faultless. Large quiet room, tip-top breakfast, friendly team, great location, building with features. Overall - perfect, can highly recommend & we shall return. Added touches: help yourself homemade fairy cakes to enjoy with tea (in room), homemade yoghurt on wonderful bfast buffet. So glad we stayed with you.

Brighton House is everything I wanted for my stay. The staff are friendly and it has a great atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and our room was spotless. The central location meant I could walk everywhere that I wanted to go. I love visiting Brighton and I can't wait to return.

We try to use local places rather than chains. We’re so pleased we stayed at Brighton House. It’s so convenient for all Brighton has to offer. It’s a beautiful old building that’s been very well looked after. Our room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Breakfast had lots of choice & was delicious.
