Stayed for 1 night and can not complain at all nice room and breakfast was absolutely spot on great value for money. Special mention to the lovely Penny who seemed to do everything from greeting, cleaning, waitress, the lot gave it a real friendly touch. Would definitely book again. breakfast was lovely too well cooked n excellent portion

Been on a darts weekend and you want food this is the place to eat! We ate here 3 times! And every mouthful was beautiful the portions were big the taste was great and the service was excellent. We had a breakfast yum! £6.00 lunch ribs n chicken £12! Mixed grill £14! Didn’t finish too much!

Took 1 hour for meals to arrive, peas were rotten and so i left them. The baked potato vile soggy and partially decomposed , the chips were old refried, omelette edible just, prawns ok. Coffee instant used to make cappuccino AVOID THIS RESTAURANT

Honestly the rudest most ignarant host imaginable. Cant do toasties. Eh? How hard can they be? Thwyre on menu! Sandwiches takes 50 minutes. Shocking. Avoid at alk cist esoecually if going to Brid Spa.

The food was disgusting How can you have a nann bread with a Chinese AVOID !!!!! Wouldn't even let my dog eat here .Waited ages for food to arrival ,no steak knife offered for meal . Staff very rude

Brilliant hotel, great location. Despite the bad reviews, the staff were in my opinion lovely. The seriously could not do enough for us. The room/s we had were immaculate. When I say rooms, that's merely because our train was cancelled, so at very short notice Sarah and her mum were able to accommodate us at the very last minute.

On arrival a young man greeted us with “I can’t give you keys without cash” which put me off straight away as really quite rude on arrival of your guests. I sat and waited with our bags while my husband went to find an atm. When we finally got into the room it was absolutely discusting.. so so dirty. I never complain and I never write reviews but I’m amazed this hotel is still open. I’m assuming it’s still attracting guests due to its great location for the spa and guests will probably just cope with it for the one night. It being dated wasn’t even an issue but the dirt!! Just pick up a cloth. People don’t want to spend their hard earned money on a place like this. Ridiculous at £85 a night considering the beautiful places I’ve stayed for less!

I recommend you please don't stay in this hotel at Southcliff hotel in Bridlington..as the rooms are awful their were marks on the wardrobes and cobwebs too also short of sockets you have to.leave kettle on the floor to use it.. the bath also had a brown stain and the toilet was in a room.on it's own..also at breakfast you can't have both ceral and hot breakfast only one of them.. We won't be going their again it was a dump

Sadly this was a very unpleasant experience in terms of the room I was given. I do not appreciate having large cobwebs hanging over the bed which have obviously been there for some time; a drinks tray that was very dirty; a dirty, stained towel; and what I suspect from the dirt on the sheets, a set of dirty sheets! Whilst I appreciate that £40 per night is not expensive for bed and breakfast I would expect there to have been a little effort to keep the room clean. As for breakfast, what breakfast! There was no breakfast Never again! I feel you are missing the opportunity to attract people who are going to see a show at the Spa . Cheap does not have to equate with dirty! I will not post the photos I have-not pleasant.
