Positives: Massage - A very pleasant experience, although Masseuse made us feel we had to leave quickly. Room - Clean and Tidy. Restaurant - Staff inexperienced, but friendly and helpful. Food was ok, not special. Negatives: Pool - No Steam Room, no Jacuuzi, multiple leaks, multiple lights not working, multiple maintenance issues. Unhygienic. Multiple kids were allowed to run around and cause carnage, Staff made no attempt to intervene and restore order. Receptionists - The worst part, the first that was working Friday night 21st Feb just refused point blank to answer the phone when I immediately called back from a disconnected call, having met her the next day I noticed she had music playing loudly in the office, and was very vague with her check in information (particularly how the Spa treatment worked). Upon checking out on Sunday 24th February, another Receptionist was extremely miserable and stuck up, gave me an incorrect check out Fee and wrongly implied that I had kept their Leisure Key, an insult; given how reluctant I'd be to return to their Spa Pool. I was very excited to visit this hotel, and had spent a lot of money. I hope that they take on board constructive criticism so that improvements can be made for the future.
