In addition, the property overlooks Cobbs Pond in Brewster which is great for swimming and fishing. Use the canoe and kayaks at the property for your enjoyment.

This beach is one of the most family friendly beaches on Cape Cod! The home is also walking distance to the Brewster General Store and as well as to shopping and restaurants.
