Posizione vicinissima al centro. Alla reception sono pronti e disponibili a risolvere ogni richiesta.parcheggio auto disponibile su prenotazione. La colazione è abbastanza varia. La camera verso la strada è leggermente rumorosa nelle ore di traffico, manca un poggia valigia.

Our stay at Hotel Battisti was overall good, but there were a few definite drawbacks. Because the price was really reasonable, it gets 5-stars - if it was more expensive it'd probably rate a 4. First, the staff were fantastic—super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They assisted with our luggage and were just genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. The hotel has some practical perks, including a lift (though it’s quite small) and on-site parking for just €5, which is convenient if you’re driving. The location is decent, right on the edge of Old Town. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre, which isn’t too bad, but next time I’d probably stay inside the historic centre for a more immersive experience. We chose this hotel mainly because it was easier with a car, avoiding the ZTL zone and narrow streets. The included breakfast was decent, especially considering the price, but it was fairly limited in selection. Now for the downsides: - The rooms were much smaller than expected and didn’t really match the photos online. - There was some sort of ammonia smell in the room. - The shower design leads to a very wet bathroom floor - The lift is quite tight - Parking spaces were very tight due to how busy the lot was. For the price, the hotel is good value. I'd compare it to a boutique version of a Mercure with fewer features (no gym or pool for instance) but really nice staff.

Nous avons fait une halte dans cet hôtel. Notre voiture était garée dans le parking fermé et sécurisé. Durant la nuit, notre véhicule a été vandalisé, toit éclaté, quelqu'un a sauté dessus!! Au moment des faits, les gens présents ce jour là nous ont assuré que tous les frais relatifs à l'accident serait pris en charge par l'hôtel. Nous avons fait réparé la voiture à notre retour en France et nous leur avons envoyé la facture de 455€ restant à notre charge. Depuis ce jour, plus de son, plus d'image et tout a été à notre charge, ils n'ont rien remboursé!!! A fuir car s'il vous arrive une tuile, ils ne tiendront pas parole.

Hotel pulito, camere nuove e accoglienti come il personale letti stupendi dormito benissimo, proprietario gentile e molto disponibile. Ottima posizione vicinissima alla metro centrale anche per una passeggiata a piedi . Ci ritorneremo. Grazie per la vostra disponibilità

La struttura è accogliente e nuovissima. Colazione ricca. Camere ampie e arredate con gusto. I ragazzi (gestori) sono gentili e disponibili! Ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in la mattina presto e lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio sul retro. Super congiliato!!!
