Friendly staff that are family & very accommodating. Most enjoyable free breakfast that can be enjoyed indoors or on their lovely porch. Walking distance along the bike path to great restaurants a sort distance away. Also, e-bike and bike rentals with helmet & lock which allows you to see more of this beautiful lake. Highly recommend for friends, family, singles or couples & is pet friendly. A most enjoyable stay for it is peaceful as well as beautiful. I will return to this gem!"

"This lovely hotel on the edge of Lake Garda is a gem! The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfy; the views are to die for and the food was tasty and plentiful. A great base from which to explore, hire a bike 🏍 or just sit by the Lake or swim. (The Lake is crystal clear). Whilst the clientele was predominantly german, it didn't feel awkward as it can do sometimes and our thanks go to Deborah and Sophia for making us feel so welcome and making our stay so great."

Overall the food is great. We appreciated the location right on the beach walk and to the ferry which took us to other cities around the lake. We didn’t use our car at all this week. Lots of beautiful hiking spots. We will definitely come back."

"The apartment was recently completely renovated/refurbished. It is well equipped (kitchen utensils etc.) and big enough. The bathroom has also been renovated and is in top condition. There is a large walk-in shower and the washbasin is also really spacious. The welcome was very warm and friendly, we even got a welcome drink and there was also a small welcome package with pasta, tomato sauce, milk etc. in the room. That makes you feel welcome :) Checking out was also problem-free and we got a coffee before we left. We had nothing to complain about here. Thank you for your hospitality."

"I booked through a coupon and we had to postpone because we were sick. When I called to move our stay I was told that there would be no problem and I could choose the new date. When I later called to communicate the chosen date, I was informed that I would have to choose the date by the end of the month, 2 weeks. Your inconsistency led me to leave a bad review. I would have gladly paid a higher fee (as previously requested by you), to be able to see a place where we had never been. I am bitter that I was taken for a ride, if you had said things clearly right away there would have been no problem."

"Fantastic little hotel at an amazing price. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Our room faced the lake and had a balcony and was lovely and spacious. We stayed 3 nights and were in room 18. We were grateful for the kettle and coffee machine. The staff were very friendly. Was a short walk along the lake to the next town with lots of lovely places to eat/drink. We didn't go in the pool as the weather wasn't so hot for our stay but it looked pristine and would have been inviting for a summer day. The car park was great too! Thank you for a great stay, this would be our first choice if we come back to Lake Garda."

"We visited Lake Garda with 9 other friends for a week of walking and sightseeing and stayed at Hotel Merano on a half board basis. All rooms for our party offered lake views with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel rooms were adequately maintained and furnished and provided a comfortable environment for sleeping. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and should accommodate most tastes. We had 4 course meals each evening which were excellent and very filling. The bar facilities at the hotel were excellent and well priced. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. We did not have our own transport but were able to travel to Malcesine and Garda by bus and then pick up ferries etc. There were plenty of walks locally or using the bus. The private beach area and jetty across the road were very convenient as was swimming in the Lake itself We would definitely return another time"

"We stayed at Hotel Brenzone for 7 nights starting from Easter Monday and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. We had originally booked a Bella Vista Superior Room with a lake view, but were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a lake view suite, which offered truly breathtaking views of the lake. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, with well-prepared and beautifully presented dishes from breakfast through to dinner. The ambiance throughout the hotel was charming, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Pietro, whose warm and attentive approach made us feel especially welcome. He was constantly present and engaging with guests to ensure everyone was having a wonderful experience. Our toddler son also had a fantastic time, making the stay even more memorable for our family. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Hotel Brenzone to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and high-quality stay. Thank you to the entire team—keep up the excellent work!"
