I reserved a room for 2 nights, off the internet. Which showed the motel was on the beach. NOT knowing the area and driving more than 1300 miles, I booked the room, when I pulled up to secure my room. I asked the clerk JAMES if there was a ocean in the back, for threw the doors was trees and other buildings, I have no clue as to where the ocean was and it might have been a walk down a distance. I was astounded by his nasty reply, he said Does it look like there's a beach,,? I explained I reserved a room and it shows the beach as part of the amenities. He said SHOW me. ( I'm thinking wow!) I went back to my car got my phone and showed him. He then said well no, there's no beach. Never once asking my name for reservation to try to accommodate or offer one ounce of customer service. I asked how far the beach was He said 30 min, I said ok cancel my reservation and refund my cc. He said, he didn't have authority, I then asked for a manager, he said she would be in the next day. I asked for her number her Refused. I asked if I could give him my number and call to ask her to call me. I promise I'm not making this up but he looked at me and BURPED in my face and said is there anything else. This us the second day, I have called the hotel back, and no manager, and requested another call. This is a sad and very unfriendly place. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT
