My husband and I stayed here in mid-September 2024. I was a little nervous because there was an event going on in the stadium across the road when we arrived. But the event ended before bedtime. Room and bathroom were clean. Modest room but comfortable. Front desk reception was very nice. Check in went smoothly. Our three nights here were very nice. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station and close to the waterfront. Near the waterfront is a nice pedestrian area with dining and shops. A very convenient location.

The staff were very nice, but the price was excessive. I think we must have visited Bregenz on a holiday or something similar as the price of the hotel very very high for what was a basic room. Sadly I would like to say I'd return, but I felt ripped off at their pricing structure.

We arrived and the outdoor temperature was over 30 degrees. The receptionist was sitting in front of fan. There were no fans in our rooms which were boiling hot and the temperature stayed up all night. Windows opened onto a noisy road. We paid a very high price for the rooms and I think a fan is essential. Sleep was severely disrupted by this. It would be a minimum expense in the given the very high room price. Everything else was fine.

The JUFA Hotel Bregenz is nice enough, and in a very convenient location, but there were a few issues that I'd like to share. While our room was very spacious, it was in the 2nd building (not the building in which the reception area and dining area are located). Our room was on the first floor and directly adjacent to a parking area and busy street. As the weather was warm and the rooms are not air-conditioned, we had some of our windows open and the noise from the parking lot and street was quite loud - some of the guests were leaving in their cars before 7:00 in the morning, talking, loading luggage, and banging their doors just a few meters from where we were trying to still sleep. When I mentioned this to the staff at checkout, they were not particularly sympathetic and didn't even seem interested in my comments. In their defense, the checkout process seemed to take an unreasonably long time and as there were only 2 people working that morning, the line of guests waiting to check out was quite long, so they might have been under some pressure to not address my concerns at that moment.

Nice and spacious Hotel/Room in an renovated textile manufacturing site. Nice personell, rich breakfast. It has a bar with snack. Super nice bartender. Super close to the lake, city center and opera festival site. Very much recommend for a stay in Bregenz.

Nothing Special very Basic and poor ratio quality /price, but very good location. The room was ok but the building and the corridor were like an old hospital. Clean and gentle service at the reception. I suggest to book the parking place in advance, otherwise you have to park outside in remote parkings.

Fine accommodation with good service, only own parking is expensive and insufficient, parking on public place is acceptable and cheaper. Due to many cyclists could damage of the car happen. We spend nice evenig in ground floor bar. Thank you

Stayed a week in a new deluxe room which was very smart with ample storage and an excellent shower( often lacking in hotels we find ). Food was good and the staff especially friendly and helpful - it was my birthday during our stay and they brought out a birthday cake for me ! The hotel is a conversion of a beautiful, red brick old textile factory and is a five minute flat walk to the lakeside, station and town centre. We thought that Bregenz was a very good base for exploring the Voralberg and the Bodensee and is underrated. The Jufa markets itself as a family friendly hotel so during our stay there were several families and groups of children. To its credit the hotel made an effort to accommodate couples in a separate area of the dining room/bar.
