Hotell Storforsen

Fantastic food, friendly and professional staff, stunning view of the water fall and beautiful surroundings! I didn’t stay overnight this time but have done this in the past. They have a beautiful room with a sauna in it, that we have stayed in earlier that we enjoyed a lot! This time we came for the grill buffet (that had many delicious dishes also for me as a vegetarian!) and the Carola concert! 🤗

Storforsen Hotel hosted my wedding in June 2023 and everything turned out better than I dreamed! Lotta and all of the staff at the hotel were wonderful to work with and were very warm and welcoming with my friends and family from the US. Most of them had never been to Sweden before, and they all told me how much they loved it! The hotel made the most DELICIOUS dinner I've ever had for our wedding reception! Everything looked beautiful, tasted amazing, and was full of local ingredients. They accomodated my vegetarian and dairy-free friends and family perfectly as well, making food that was just as delicious as the main menu so that no one had to compromise. I'm still dreaming about the dessert!! Did I mention that we had a balcony, private sauna, jacuzzi tub, and rainfall shower in our room?! My husband and I loved our stay in the wedding suite and want to come back again as soon as possible! We definitely recommend Storforsen Hotel (and visiting storforsen of course!) and wish I could give more than 5 stairs!

Very friendly and cooerative staff, food is delicious and the view from the hotel is amazing. the staff was very keen to fuilfill wishes in best possible way. I liked the restaurant ambience and food alot.

During our Lapland camper tour we arrived at this camping and wanted to stay for 3 nights, that was'nt possible, we could only stay for 2 nights, all the places were reserved. Well, then we stay for 2 nights, only 1 spot, nr.2, was available. It's not the best spot, we did'nt stay on the grass but on gravel, but with a view on the icy waterfall. Uptill now, w're already travelling around for 3 weeks, it's the most expensive one, for 2 nights we had to pay € 37,50 each night, shower-use is not included. You have to pay for it. Today there are not many people, so w're curious what about tomorray. Beside the waterfall is normally a wooden bridge, but because the bridge is damaged by the ice, it's closed now. There is really still a lott of ice at the waterfall, but the view is very good while staying at the camping.

Nous étions en famille et avons séjourné ici 2 nuits. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et passé un très bon séjour. Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel aux petits soins, le buffet très bon, le sauna au top... Rien à dire!
