Alpine Haven at Sawmill Creek Beautifully remodeled mountain modern ski in/shuttle out 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-corner unit with views of the mountains and town, perfect for families. All new carpet, Luxury vinyl plank flooring, refinished charcoal kitchen cabinets with quartz counters, and gorgeous new Bathroom! This is the BEST location in Breckenridge. Park your vehicle in the covered garage and don't get back into it until you leave. One block walk to historic Breckenridge downtown for shopping and dining. Hop on the free shuttle/bus, only a few steps from the condo, to get to your favorite peak to ski or walk 5 minutes to the Gondola or Snowflake Lift. Ski down Four O' Clock run at the end of the day and end up at the condo. Beautifully decorated with a mountain modern theme and custom log beds to enhance your mountain experience. In the summer months, leave your window open and let the natural stream sound lull you to sleep in the master bedroom. Create family memories while sitting in front of the stone gas fireplace, watching your favorite shows or movies on our new smart TV's, playing a board game, or having a glass of wine watching the skiers come down Four O'Clock at the end of the day. Sawmill Creek amenities include 2 indoor community hot tubs, shared gas grills, space for 1 vehicle, and an elevator. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary supplies to cook and a dining table that seats 6. Complimentary WiFi, W/D, 3- large Flatscreen smart TV's, DVD's, and board games in the Living Room. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with overflow parking available for a fee at the Airport Rd. lot (breckpark.com). Notes: PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH COVID CDC PROTOCOLS CONTACTLESS CHECK IN WITH THE SMART LOCK THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!!! no smoking allowed inside unit, on balcony, or outside on property Property Management is on-site and there is $300 fine per HOA/ Property Management for any type of smoking, this is strictly enforced and they do not give warnings It is highly recommended to protect your trip by purchasing travel protection. Cancellations and refunds will follow the VRBO cancellation policy. I am unable to offer last minute full refunds. If you are concerned please purchase travel insurance to protect your vacation. No pets allowed No parties Our cleaning crews have limited time between guests to complete cleaning and inspections; check in is at 4:00 PM. There is no Air Conditioning, due to the mild high alpine climate. If driving, make sure to check CDOT for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy. We are not liable for personal property left.
