Il faut se rendre en scooter (location conseillée) au petit centre-ville où l'on trouve quelques vendeurs de brochets pas toujours apétissantes. Sur ce point sachez qu'il est possible de demander un barbecue avec de la viande et des légumes au personnel de l'établissement. Un restaurant devrait prochainement ouvrir dans l'enceinte. Un grand merci à Ray, le patron, pour nous avoir conduit à l'embarcadere de notre ferry. Tendremos un buen recuerdo de nuestra estancia:)

El hotel estaba limpio y el personal estaba muy bien, pero era bastante básico. No había mucho que hacer en el área inmediata, pero alquila una moto y muda por la ciudad por su cuenta.

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

We stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation & service was perfect. All rooms are facing the pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent 🌟, and it really motivates you to wake up early! I requested a birthday surprise setup in our room, and they went extra mile and provided it for free as a complimentary gesture. The room is very spacious, and they provide toiletries. If you need extra toiletries, they will deliver it right away! The pool area is great for swimming, especially during happy hour. They offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks at the pool bar. The hotel is walking distance of Alona Beach and it’s very safe, as you just walk through Hennan Alona to get to the beach. It’s also close to restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops. 8mins away from the Panglao Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Bohol. It’s worth every penny.
