The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.

因為出差地點原因，常住燕春未來，雖然身處繁華地帶，但性價比很好，房間整潔乾淨，設施較為齊全，我一個美式咖啡愛好者每天都有兩袋味道不錯的掛耳可以喝，早餐種類還算可以，中西式都有，不能説是非常豐盛，但每次吃的都挺舒服，食材新鮮，温度也熱熱的，最近尤其迷上了他們的烤腸！最想表揚的是工作人員如沐春風的服務，前台小崔、小月、曼曼、小王等幾個年輕人熱情周到，我恍惚間有種賓至如歸感，他們的主人翁精神能讓我懷疑這酒店是不是他們幾個家裡開的（bushi），前台有水果小食香皂針線包護理包我還要過創可貼，感覺應有盡有。如果非要雞蛋找骨頭，我覺得洗漱區可以添個那種圓形雙面化粧鏡。總之，挺好的酒店，很推薦！

幫朋友訂的，接待客户用，價格實惠，樓宇獨棟，品質還是不錯的，208 還含早餐，性價比比集團連號的高。 服務：停車雖説需要前台領取停車券，但是前台友情提醒的很及時，不是酒店自己的停車場可以理解。 周邊：酒店下面是個倉儲超市，買東西也非常方便，酒店旁邊的商城懷特人有點稀少，不過周邊吃的還是比較方便的，富強大家上還有最火的哪吒 2 的打卡彩繪牆，忘了拍照，當時打卡的人太多了。
衞生：房間面積大，主要是大床房型不多，但是標間床也寬，地毯隔音好，淋浴水足，開業應該沒多久，設施保養的可以。 推薦入住，性價比高，服務也到位。

今年一直處於出差路途中，毫無疑問酒店是必備的，一般亞朵也在備選之中，每到一個地方不同亞朵也會有不同服務環境，這個還好吧，雖然出現了一些小瑕疵但好歹都給解決了，服務還是挺不錯。希望下次去會有所改觀。行政房的空間確實太小了😂

Después de comentar, tengo que decir que el hotel es realmente guapo, la habitación es limpia y cómoda, no es demasiado guapo ver el cine al lado de la niña! La ubicación del hotel es también el lugar ideal, muy cerca de la estación de metro, hay un supermercado grande para comer y comprar objetos. KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

UUsuario invitadoReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

Aunque no hay muchas opciones de compras en los alrededores, puedes pedir comida para llevar en cualquier momento y hay robots que te la entregan en tu habitación. La habitación es limpia y cómoda, con instalaciones completas. La cama es extremadamente cómoda y hace que la gente se sienta relajada. Un agradecimiento especial para Zheng Suyan del departamento de limpieza. Ella fue muy atenta y nos brindó mucha ayuda. Su actitud amigable nos hizo sentir como en casa. El personal de recepción también fue muy amable y el registro fue rápido. La experiencia general de mi estancia fue muy agradable y muy recomendable. Definitivamente volveré a elegir este hotel la próxima vez.

La ropa de cama es muy limpia y cómoda. La decoración es retro china. En invierno, una niebla -Se proporciona un humidificador y un purificador de aire gratuitos para los inviernos secos. AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

A 350 metros del norte, es muy conveniente. NNavinOverall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

NNicDEn general, un hotel muy bueno y nos encantaba nuestra habitación y la piscina (las habitaciones y duchas cambian impresionantes!) pero hubo algunas cuestiones. La habitación estaba muy cerca de la habitación, y la temperatura del agua fluctuó mucho. El desayuno era muy desagradable; la habitación congelada de manera que muchas personas tuvieron que llevar sus abrigos al desayuno y mucho de la comida estaba fría incluso en 7.30am. La peor cosa fue la Internet, que era extremadamente lenta incluso para los sitios web chinos, y que más que nada arruinó nuestra estancia.
