Wild Elephants Hostel

We had an amazing stay at wild elephant hostel. We had a great time doing all their different activities and the staff was super nice and helpful. The facilities were great with a full kitchen and nice and clean bathrooms and showers. Furthermore we want to give special thanks to Nico, Elleree and Travie who made our stay extra special and helped us more than they needed to ＜3 Will recommend to anyone!

Fun & inclusive party hostel! The bed was comfy, sizeable lockers, free clothes bin, basement and rooftop bar, cheap drinks, in the heart of the old town. Pub crawl was a highlight. Stefan was especially helpful with showing us around the hostel and making sure we have a good time at the crawl!

Such a fun hostel! Would highly recommend to any fun-loving travellers wanting to spice up their euro adventures. We made so many friends here in only a short stay of 3 days, the most sociable place we've ever been. You're guaranteed to make crazy memories with the other people staying here, and with the staff - who all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make sure you're having a good time. The nightly activities were filled with tomfoolery and mischief (in a good way). Our favourite was the night swim where we were blessed with the infamous jungle juice and a great atmosphere. Beds were comfy, clean rooms with lots of light, AC and good vibes. The lockers came in handy and the common areas are great places to chill during the day and socialise whilst curing crippling hangovers with a cold bratislavan beer. We will 100% be back here, special thanks to our basement girl Lauren, and Dan and Jamie, who brought the good vibes and made our stay memorable. From the Scottish girlies xxx

I love this hostel but be careful! There is a volunteer called Chris and he has scabies. He is staying there with his girlfriend Rya and she has scabies as well. He left Albania because of that. He used to have chlamydia in the past. Be careful!!

Elephant theme is cute but this is unfortunately only positive about this hostel. Layout of the place is terrible, can’t find anything in this maze. Proper party hostel with rowdy crowd, mostly male. Rooms are basic, pillows are the cheapest possible ones. Rooftop is nice but opens only night time for couple of hours. Pub crawl was total waste of money, you get 3 cocktails in hostel and outside you have to pay for everything on your own. Night-time lake party turned out to be a nightmare, staff were rude and threatened to drawn me, my expensive sneakers were stolen, had to involve police - DON’T DO IT!

Daytime staff were lovely, very welcoming and funny. Rooms were fine and spacious. Let down by the nighttime staff, very rude and unwelcoming. Had us waiting by the door like melons while the lady was kissing somebody. Once we were eventually let in my friend asked for a can of coke and we received a sarcastic half assed response as if it was a chore for them. Within this time the female member of staff was giving us dirty looks as if to make us feel uncomfortable. Learn some customer service skills, it’s not “cool and edgey” to be rude.
