This hotel is very nice! We had two connecting rooms with a balcony and a view of the river and landing. There are two pools and hot tubs, inside and outside. The restaurant has very good food, but is it pricey and not open all the time. All other snacks and drinks at the hotel are also expensive. There is a starbucks across the street. The best thing about this hotel is it is walking distance to The Landing and it had a good view! The beds were comfortable, but the AC in one room was struggling since it was so hot outside. I wish there had been free coffee available in the lobby all morning and it would be better if there was free breakfast. We had a good time!

I have stayed at this hotel for many many years and this year it was AWFUL! And here's why 1) Breakfast staff member yelled at guests they could eat on the 2nd floor but she WOULD NOT clean the tables.....ok 2) We went to the front desk for 4 clean towels and was given 4 very obvious DIRTY folded towels 3) went to the front desk to talk to the guest services representative Phil... He was so so rude to me never once apologize would not do anything about the services in fact told me that's how they handle things...really I could not believe that he has a job dealing with guests?? I left there so disappointed and he told me there was nothing he could do until the assistant manager returned from her days off. And he would not bother her. He treated me horrible. Guess I will be looking for a new place to stay from now on. When the assistant manager returned from her days off I called her as she apologized and said she would open an investigation....????

We enjoyed our overnight stay here! The friendly staff (Debbie - check-in & Debra (rooms/kitchen) were very accommodating and eager to help us settle into our room. While it is an aged hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and always being restocked while we were eating. All the employees take lots of pride in their work at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Branson. The Titanic Museum is also located nearby.
