This hotel is not clean at all. I asked twice about there being BED BUGS in our bed. We were all waking up with bites every morning! The 2nd time I went to the front desk about it they fianlly "checked" one bed not the other and offer to change the sheets. They told me it was "probably a chigger just causing some problems in the bed" Guess what?! 6 weeks later we found a bed bug in our house!!! I know it came from that hotel, even though I washed everything before I brought our stuff into the house. Everything! That's how sure I was that there were bugs in this hotel. The staff did NOT take it seriously. We have spend $1000 on treating our house. We will not be back and I have advised anyone I know going to Branson not to stay here! We travel several times a year and we have never ever had this happen before!

Room was clean but the carpet had multiple stains. Steam cleaning the carpet regularly would be a huge improvement. Bathroom was tiny with little counter space and shower head is low, so anyone taller than 5’8” will find showering difficult. The employees we encountered were pleasant.

Every place we have stayed through this timeshare has been absolutely wonderful until we stayed at The Holiday Inn express Green Mountain Rd. Filthy. Asked for TP They brought one tiny roll and seemed put out. Not enough hot water for the jacuzzi in the room, asked for a cork screw said would look no response, not enough towels and breakfast was just very so-so from what we have had. Coffee stations awful annd dirty, trash cans overflowing . Morning crew seemed to try to get on top of it. Other locations have been above and beyond. Wish we hadn’t booked three nights here. Wasted our points . Boo.

Stayed two nights in Branson and enjoyed the HIEB-GMD. Building was well kept and clean. Good breakfast, and other than the young lady at breakfast, staff were friendly. Central location in Branson but tough to walk anywhere from here as it is very hilly. Scooters restaurant is right next door and quite good. Overall great stay, good value for the money.

Been our first choice for overnight stays in Branson for several years. An excellent Holiday Inn Express. On our most recent stay in December 2023, our guest room was clean, quiet, and comfortable as usual. The complimentary breakfast experience was spot on. Glad to see additional seating has been provided outside the dining room and the lobby since our prior visit last year. Enjoyed use of the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool is larger and nicer than most other holiday Inn Express locations. Kudos to all the staff and management for making us feel welcome.

Budget Express Motel....you get exactly what you pay for. The rooms are clean but super basic and boring. Although I'm platinum, my room was small, next to the ice maker (why do so many people need ice at all hours of the night?) and next to people who were constantly coughing, throwing up and had a crying kid all night (which we knew because the walls are paper thin). The hotel was full with bus tours for the holidays, so they were unable to move us. There is a tiny gift shop (it fits one person plus one employee) and it is open very odd hours. When it is closed, only vending machines have drinks or snacks, but with a full hotels many are out as no snack places are within walking distance for the bus tours. We did find a wonderful Italian restaurant right up the hill, and while they don't take reservations you can get on their waitlist. Awesome food, homemade bread, good sized portions, good prices and service. So many hotel options, we would not stay here again. Biggest plus we thought was that it was off the main route so we could avoid all the traffic, which was true...and there was a free breakfast but it was pretty blah. This was vacation so we should have spent a little more for a nicer place where we could have actually gotten some sleep in nicer rooms.

This is one of the two preferred hotels when coming down to Branson. At first everything was going good but 3 days before checking out items came up missing. Had couple bags of beer cans/bottles that was going to take back home with me since I bought all back in the state I live and it has the 5 cent deposit but housekeeping decided to throw them out. Neither were no where near the trash bins. 5 cents is 5 cents might not seem like a lot to you but it is to some of us. So totally not cool. Could understand if they were next to the trash bins or sitting outside the door then okay you can take them. But to just decide that the guess doesn’t want when they were sitting on the bench near the closet. Room was decent over all. Bed comfortable, shower was great.

The staff were not very friendly. They were not welcoming. The only time they acknowleged us, was at check-in and check-out. The toilet in our room was downright dirty. I discovered mold under the rim. It was quite visible. I believe that is the purpose of a toilet brush! We were not very impressed with our stay at this hotel.

Rooms were decent. We stayed on the fifth floor. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Five stars to the dedicated ladies who keep the breakfast room running in tip top shape! Food was good, hot, and quickly replenished. The kids greatly enjoyed the pool. They swam early and had the whole pool to themselves. The pool room was very large and clean with good space for sitting at tables. Pool is big and goes from about 3 ft-6 ft. and was clearly marked where it deepens. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is due to the elevators. There are 2. There are long waits in the mornings. Service people need a separate elevator to allow customers more access. People who tried to use the stairs found signs that read…for emergency use only. If we ever go back to Branson, we will stay here again.
