"Muy bien el trato del personal, las instalaciones, la limpieza y los servicios. Para destacar como excelente, la atención exquisita de Bruno en recepción. Lo incómodo resultó ingresar con el auto al hotel pues hay que cruzar doble línea amarilla o seguir por la vía de acceso y, con menos tránsito, cruzar la doble línea y rodear algunos locales en forma sinuosa para acceder al parking del hotel. El GPS tampoco estaba muy preciso a la hora de llegar a la Recepción."

There is legalseafood next to it, and there is also an Amc movie theater, which is only a 2-minute drive; you can print things by yourself in the lobby! ;Can dry clean clothes; The only drawback is: the room backing to pkwy is very noisy and the floor is very thin. When I brought my child with me, I got a complaint from downstairs and had to change rooms midway! I think the service is okay, but I think it's not considerate enough when it comes to customer demands! The second time I stayed there, I asked for a room away from the highway, but the front desk still gave me a room next to the highway! It wasn't until I said I wanted to check out and change hotels that their manager changed the room for me! If they tell the front desk that this is the only room available, don't believe them! He's so scheming at this point, and I really can't understand such a trick! Shouldn’t we try our best to meet customer requirements?"
