這邊確實交通方便環境也不錯，到附近周圍地點都算方便，下次還會選擇來這邊入住，而且早餐也算豐富，很不錯吃

Excellent hotel with warm and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Well positioned for shopping at the outlet then a delicious meal and drink next door in the pub garden. Make sure you leave room for the breakfast at the hotel it is outstanding.

The most clean and comfortable stay ever with premier inn. The room was newly refurbished and so amazing. The shower cubicle with raindrop and side shower and lovely bayliss/harding toiletries. The bed was so comfortable and to top it a freshly cooked breakfast.

Great location just off the main A120 in Braintree. Stayed overnight on our journey back to Dorset from Norfolk. With a Brewyers Fayre next door you couldn't ask for more. Staff friendly, rooms great, we had room at back of hotel away from the main road. Great nights sleep. Room was clean and as expected usual Premier Inn standard.

Everything was OK. Stayed overnight with my family. There was nothing to really complain about, but also nothing to write home about. Room was OK, maybe a bit warm. Beds for the kids could have been better arranged. Having to order for the all you can eat breakfast put the kids off a bit.

The staff where all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great Room was clean bed was very comfortable and clean The bathroom was clean shower was good a bit more force would been nice for me . Breakfast was great cooked to order And just help yourself to everything else Will stay there again next year

The staff were pleasant and engaged in conversation. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were, for a Premier Inn, nice and spacious. Breakfast was served with a smile and was cooked to order and delivered to the table still hot - not always the case at some Premier Inns. Of the two Premier Inns in Braintree this is our favourite.

We visit the area every Spring and always stay at this Premier Inn. It’s always been everything you would hope to find in a hotel; quiet, clean and has friendly, helpful staff. It’s just been refurbished which is great but the water pressure is too low to have a decent shower.

Excellent stay, staff can’t do enough for you. Very welcoming on arrival, friendly and can have a good laugh with them. Breakfast was superb, not all PI do good poached eggs but I have to say mine were done to perfection here. Look forward to my next stay here.
