Premier Inn Bracknell Central

房間大，附近有超市，房內冇雪櫃，但可到旁邊餐廳取冰桶，稍為不便，其他服務尚可

Standard Premier Inn. Outside is tired and needs a good tidy up. Staff really helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Pub attached didn’t open until 5pm which was a shame. Room was clean, bathroom was super clean. Would probably not pick again due to the location and hours of the pub as there are no other facilities in the premier inn itself (except for a vending machine), but great value for money.

Staying here while visiting Legoland for my daughter's birthday. The staff were all polite and very friendly and while having a meal in the restaurant Caroline was an absolute star and really went the extra mile, especially with my daughter which made the whole evening extra special

As expected good clean room, comfy bed. We love a bath so was pleased they still exist 🤣 a movable shower head would be nice as I don’t always want wet hair as it’s long. Good meal next door, being refitted but the 3 girls in there went above and beyond!! Shout out to Caroline and Shova who were just brilliant and totally made our night!!!

Usually my stays at Premier Inns are to be as expected - average to good. It's not a 5 start hotel at the end of the day. However, on this occasion, I found the hotel to be tired and in need of some serious updating. The carpets are in need of a deep clean in both the rooms and corridors. Not only that, but the room was very cold, and after a near 5 hour drive, I had the choice of an extremely noisy and flakey heater or being cold. In the bathroom, the shower head ran like a tap, and the water from the sink was so powerful it splashed out of the sink and on to my clothes. Oh, and please renew the shower dispensers from time to time as they are next to useless for getting anything out of them. Given Premier Inn charge a premium over the (what is now) much better and refurbed Travelodge in Bracknell, I would expect more. I paid £141.99 for this room and it was not worth it.

Oh wow. Our experience was great. The Hotel itself was a little run down but the Reception and Restaurant staff worked hard and were all busy and were great and friendly. We remember Shova, and Caroline was so entertaining towards our children. Food was ontime and we thought it was a great experience. We'll be back for Legoland.
