Elegimos Avani por su ubicación, cerca de las casas de nuestros familiares y no lejos de cualquier lugar. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue sonriente, acogedor y servicial. Nuestro apartamento con servicios estaba muy limpio, al igual que la piscina y el spa de la azotea. Nunca antes habíamos estado en Box Hill, así que podemos caminar hasta el centro comercial o elegir comer abajo en Avani. Toda nuestra experiencia en Avani fue genial. Elegiremos aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que vayamos a Melbourne.

Very nice location, I felt like it was very good pricing. They do make up the room every other day, so just need to be prepared for that. Pretty good amenities. The lack of an established pick up/drop off point will be a little awkward. But otherwise I like the place.

We are very happy with a free upgrade for 5 nights due to personal circumstances. The place is very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. The only set back was a breakdown of internet and the handling of the matter was no very satisfactory. We ended up staying in the apartment without internet for 3 days. Overall we had a very wonderful stay and that make our trip worthy.

Our family comprising 4 adults + 1 toddler and 1 infant stayed 3 nites in a 2 bedroom apartment. A baby cot was provided as per our request. Apartment was fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen plus washer/dryer machine. And so we’re able to cook meals and do laundry. BoxHill Central Shopping Mall is just next door and there are plenty of eateries around the hotel. The hotel is about 45 mins drive from Melbourne airport. There wasn’t any more parking available for us so we’d to park along the road and at the train station under the shopping mall (free parking). Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
