«Pasé por Changde en un tour en auto y reservé este hotel después de ver muchas buenas críticas en línea. Para ser honestos, el servicio de recepción fue muy bueno, y a veces incluso daban pequeños regalos, pero! ! ! ! La higiene de las habitaciones de hotel realmente necesita atención. Hay un ligero olor a cigarrillo, el aislamiento acústico es deficiente y está cerca de la carretera. Las paredes de la habitación están muy sucias, lo que afecta realmente el estado de ánimo. Cuando me desperté por la mañana, descubrí que mi hijo y yo teníamos pequeñas manchas rojas en nuestros cuerpos. «酒店的位置還挺好的，就在大小河街裏面，常德站過去車程十分鐘。而且距離常德的一些經典遊玩景點也都很近，比如柳葉湖、德國小鎮、老西門，都衹有十來分鐘車程，屬於比較中心的一個位置。
雖然在景區裏面，但晚上睡覺還是很清凈，九十點鐘之後，河街的人就比較稀少了。而且地上鋪有地毯，來往走路的聲音基本上聽不到。
房間裏面使用產品的質量都還不錯，都是一些品牌產品。有些細節點得誇一下。兩支牙刷的顏色不一樣，使用的話就不會搞混淆（很多酒店的牙刷顏色是一樣的！）洗澡的熱水是一打開就是熱水，不用等待，而且水温適宜，這點好評！提供的早餐，跟其他酒店提供的自助餐不一樣，是固定餐食，但是是漂亮飯，顏值很高，味道也很不錯，食材比較新鮮。
還有個點值得誇一下，拍照是真出片！不管是酒店大堂還是室內空間都很適合拍照～整體裝修很復古，尤其是有太陽的時候，氛圍感真的很絕，有那種民國風歲月靜好的感覺，比較對我這種出遊喜歡睡得舒適，又想出片的人的需求。»

«滿意來的有點意外，房間是真的很好。
第一次來常德，在攜程翻了沒幾個酒店就定了，這家悦酒店附近倒是不怎麼熱鬧，也沒那麼方便，在附近吃飯走路一丟丟有營業的餐廳，不過住着很靜。
房間的配套設定和品控絕不止這個房價，洗衣機和烘乾機是住了這麼多年酒店見過用過最好的，早餐品類不多但是牛肉粉好吃很香，房間雖不是智能客控，但住着的確很舒適»
