酒店很小，設施還行，早餐是現點現做的，很不錯。

Good location near train station. Clean and cosy rooms. Very friendly owner and good breakfast. Owner even made breakfast early for us, since we had to catch the morning train. Good value for money and I could stay there again if in Bournemouth.

Firstly this hotel is Fantastic!!! We visited the Chelsea Hotel with our two children. We turned up early and was welcomed by the amazing assistant to Chris. We received our keys and off we went. It was 3 minutes from the train station and bus stops to the Bournemouth pier. We stayed out all day in Bournemouth pier and headed back (home) at 7pm. We stayed in the bottom left room and everything was beautifully set and ready for us extremely clean. Our sleep was fantastic. When we woke up in the morning we headed down for breakfast where we met Chris and his amazing assistant. Nothing was too much trouble our 1 year old was being a typical 1 year old and the lovely lady settled him with a car. (We are very anxious eating as a family) The breakfast was 10/10, our daughter wanted something that wasn’t ok the menu but this easily catered for with no hassle at all. We have told our friends and family about this hotel and after catching our bearings of the area we will be coming coming back via the train and visiting places (Bournemouth pier) via bus (10 mins £2 per adult) next time. Thanks to Chris and his lovely Assistant.

What an amazing hotel ..rooms was a bit small but did the job..train staion 5 mins away ..can get a bus into town for £2 just around the corner is the bus stop ..very nice restaurants..but if you go visit The Bournemouth steakhouse 10 mins walk from the hotel ..well the steak diane was absolutely delicious best steak in a long time and waiters so chatty and friendly ..the breakfast at the hotel was excellent and well presented..the owner Chris was a lovely chap and showed us some places to visit ..all in all a 10 out of 10 for these lovely people and the chelsea hotel

We were very pleased with our stay at Chelsea hotel. Chris who was the host was more than helpful and very professional. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. Very modern and presentable. The breakfast was also very good and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again in the future.

We found the Chelsea hotel to be a nice little place. The rooms were modern styled, comfy bed, clean bathroom with hot water. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge and tv with also a fan for if the room got too warm at night. The Hotel also offers free wifi. Each bed side had a set of double plugs and a set by the cupboard/mirror. Room had plenty of storage spaces/drawers. The dining room was nicely themed and decorated, we really liked this room. The breakfast was made fresh each morning and catered to our needs and offered more toast. Choice of full English/veggie full English, cereal, yogurt and fruit. As well as juices, tea and coffee. The staff who served our breakfast were lovely and chatty. Parking is on street parking and given a permit from the hotel to park outside the hotel. Perhaps not the most preferable parking location as lot of residents also trying to park outside their houses. Area outside the hotel is a little run down and in our opinion felt a bit unsafe however, it is well situated for walking to the town for shops, restaurants and beaches.
