Firstly this hotel is Fantastic!!! We visited the Chelsea Hotel with our two children. We turned up early and was welcomed by the amazing assistant to Chris. We received our keys and off we went. It was 3 minutes from the train station and bus stops to the Bournemouth pier. We stayed out all day in Bournemouth pier and headed back (home) at 7pm. We stayed in the bottom left room and everything was beautifully set and ready for us extremely clean. Our sleep was fantastic. When we woke up in the morning we headed down for breakfast where we met Chris and his amazing assistant. Nothing was too much trouble our 1 year old was being a typical 1 year old and the lovely lady settled him with a car. (We are very anxious eating as a family) The breakfast was 10/10, our daughter wanted something that wasn’t ok the menu but this easily catered for with no hassle at all. We have told our friends and family about this hotel and after catching our bearings of the area we will be coming coming back via the train and visiting places (Bournemouth pier) via bus (10 mins £2 per adult) next time. Thanks to Chris and his lovely Assistant.

We have just stayed for two nights at this small Victorian hotel. The room was small but was very well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Our welcome was warm and breakfast was delicious. It is situated near the station and bus stops. An ideal place for a short stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at Chelsea hotel. Chris who was the host was more than helpful and very professional. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. Very modern and presentable. The breakfast was also very good and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again in the future.

Appropriate language decor. Everything you need in a room. Fab breakfast. I'm a small eater and the request for less was not a problem Luscious bacon, and everything cooked beautifully. Fresh fresh fruit. Will be staying again.

Fantastic stay really enjoyed my stay felt very welcome even staying on my own felt safe and the breakfast was so delicious too lovely room Fantastic shower very comfortable bed very clean and tidy easy to find from the rail station I would love to stay here again maybe take the family
