The temperature was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. We reported this issue to staff, but we were told there was nothing wrong, despite the clear discomfort. A loud, random noise woke us up at 7 AM, disrupting our rest. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to contact reception regarding this issue. (I have attached a video of the noise in this email. It appeared to be coming from the ceiling vent) The windows/door could not be opened, leaving no way to let in fresh air. The air conditioning was also broken, making the room extremely uncomfortable which we reported The fans that were provided in them made an awful noise and the other one was broken In the morning when I had a shower the body wash was completely finished so I got out feeling just as unclean Reception Staff: Upon arrival, the reception staff made us feel judged, implying there were too many of us, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for the correct number of rooms. I feel we was being judged due to us all being in our late teens. Whilst checking in I feel we were given an extremely brief explanation. Not told where breakfast was or what time it was. We was not aware where the bar was or even what time check out was. Me and my friends were told three times that there can be no more than 4 people in a room at once. I had to repeatedly say that this isn’t an issue because we have booked 4 rooms with two people in each and had no intention to bring anybody back. We had specifically booked a twin room for my friends, expecting two separate beds as advertised. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with just one double bed, which was not what we had paid for. This caused significant inconvenience, as they were forced to share a bed despite having booked a room that should have accommodated them properly.
