Résidence Prestige Odalys Edenarc - Arc 1800

Couldn’t fault it. All staff friendly and helpful. 2 bedroom apartment clean and modern. Used the restaurant for lunch and takeaway and all excellent. Swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna all good too. Will def return. Les arcs slopes well looked after and excellent skiing

Our second consecutive stay at Odalys Edenarc, 1800 Les Arcs. The location is brilliant with ski in, ski out and the apartments are bright, modern and well furnished. Only slight negative is the bar staff were not friendly or efficient.

Great location next to the pistes. Also great to have ski hire, shops and restaurant on shore too. Would love to return.

Really nice hotel only thing they over charged me city tax by £100 said that it there mistake would refund me but have not had any money back it was there mistake not mine really disappointed have tried to contact but no response my name is Trevor Marsham

Excellent location, friendly staff. I always feel at home coming here.fantastic ski resort. even in very high season the waiting time at the lifts was very acceptable.

We arrived for our New Years stay. We stood queuing for over an hour to check in. The reception lounge was packed and the queuing system was non- existent. Once we got to the checkin desk, the staff members pushed a few buttons and promptly asked us to pay the tax and deposit. Then he looked at his computer and said your rooms not ready. I asked why and how long would it be? He looked around the room ( that was now obviously full of families being told the same thing) he said he could tell us how long and just ushered us away. We managed to find a bar close by to get a seat and refreshments. We returned an hour longer to be told the room still wasn’t ready. No time given and no explanation as to why it wasn’t t ready. At approximately 8pm we were allowed to our room. We arrived at the door with house keeping running down the corridor with cleaning products. Once in the room, it wasn’t clean, still had popcorn and a sock on the floor. As a family of six we needed the use of the sofa bed. I could see additional bedding so called after house keeping to get some. The lady gave me bedding. We then went to make up the bed to find we had been given, five pillow cases and no sheet. There was a phone in the room but not information as to how to call reception. We then had to go out of the apartment and across to reception and wait 20mins for a sheet. This was now late at night. The kitchen sink kept blocking and my husband kept unblocking it. One evening we got in bed and was woken up by water dripping on us in bed. Then pieces of ceiling fell on us in bed. This was the middle of the night so we clean the debris off the bed and tried to protect the bed with towels. The dripping was terrible all night. The next morning my husband went down to reception to inform them. We were told someone would come to our room and look. We went out skiing for the day and returned, no one had been in our room. I again went down to reception where I was told no one had been as they had other priorities to attend too. I said don’t you think the ceiling and water falling on people while they are asleep is a priority? We then went out for dinner and returned to find that nothing had changed or moved, the towel we left there was still there. I called down to reception ( having been told how too at this point) She told me someone had been in and took a photo but they wouldn’t do anything now as it’s late! They down nothing about it all day or evening. I am now sat in a room on a bed listening to a drip above the bed, being expected to sleep another night in it. I have looked on the website to see how I can contact them and I can only raise a complaint in writing, via post. I will be doing this when I return home.
