This is a great and new hotel. Everything is clean, quite and service is nice: all employees were so helpful! Short drive or bus to downtown.

The compact optimally placed location is well run and provides incredible service even in the midst of global technology constraints that shut down booking tools. This Hotel is going to be toward the Southend of Boulder; but Boulder is a great small town (very walkable or a quick and easy drive to get around). This hotel appears to have been recently updated and is a great stay if you don't need to be in the center of town. Comfortable and quiet rooms; and a good free breakfast is all you should need and that's what they provide.

Quick visit to see my son at CU and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with this property. Sure, it’s not downtown and there really isn’t much around but all I needed was a clean room with a quick Uber ride to town (5 mins) for a couple of nights. The room was spotless, great Flatiron views, I had a little balcony (2nd floor), great shower and an extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Incredible value. I will be back and highly recommend.

Needed a quick overnight stay before a CU Boulder college visit with my son. Was easy to find after the long drive from the airport and conveniently located to get into boulder proper the next day. Room was clean and quiet. Only minor issue is that the parking lot is elevated a few feet. Not all parking spots had a railing on the edge so you need to be careful not to accidently step or drive over the edge.

We stayed 5 days, excellent choice. We had a weather related delay and arrived at 2 AM. The desk clerk was very kind and had a great room all ready for us. Our room was very clean, and well maintained, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, the Mountain View room was a special treat..a great view! And there is a trail for getting out and walking…Boulder Creek Trail.

Average property easy off/on to the highway. Near the university and nice restaurants. Rooms are nice for the type of hotel, easy parking. The staff is very nice and the property is maintained. If you are looking for a basic Marriott hotel you will be happy with this property. PC USA Rating: B

This spot is the winner of Best Stay on our 16-day, 11-state journey! From the friendly and informative front desk rep, to the plentiful covered parking spaces, to the cozy, quiet neighborhood location, this place rocks. The rooms are modern and comfortable, featuring full length sliding glass doors to the balcony. Bed: A, Pillows: A, Shower: A, HVAC: C+ (only because its location in our room pointed directly at the nearby bed). Breakfast: A+, excellent selection, large clean room, great service.

This hotel fully deserves five stars. It is clean, efficiently run, well maintained and friendly. Breakfast is good (albeit not stellar); complaints about the AC and mattresses are inaccurate and unfair. Everything is at a high standard.
