This 3-bedroom home, +dedicated office, has everything to make your Boulder vacation memorable, comfortable, and convenient. Modern and open with high-end linens, kitchen, beds, and bathrooms. There are three decks/patios for outdoor dining and relaxing. BIPOC/LGBTQ+welcome Minimum stay: 2 nights Maximum stay: 29 days (per Boulder licensing regulations) Coffee for your first morning along with creamer, sugar, and all sugar substitutes. (coffee maker & French press) A nice tea selection is provided. Outdoor space: Front and back patios (seasonal furniture); balcony with views off primary bedroom. Large fenced yard. 2 Streaming TVs: Hulu; Netflix; Disney+; Paramount+ with Showtime; HBO Max; CW; Peacock; and Apple TV Other things to note The house maximum is 6 people; the bedrooms are configured, appointed, and set up for adults (queen, queen, king beds) or families with older children.
