It's a mid-century-inspired lofted space with a kitchenette, fireplace, cable tv, and dining area, perfect for two couples or a family of four. There is a one-bedroom master and en suite and a queen size sofa bed. A luxurious saltwater hot tub is available year-round. A beautiful fenced saltwater pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Sept 30th! There is a fire pit in the garden, too. Huge windows face west with views of Long's Peak glowing in the sun. Modern amenities make this space unique and greatly contrast your rural mountain setting. A sweet Barn sets the pace. Pella Crossing lakes, walking trails, and art shops in Hygiene Village are two minutes away. La Casita is the guest apartment for Suarez Wines and Market and Mariposa Farm. During the summer, our Market is open on the weekends, and we bake fresh pastries in the main house, so don't be surprised to wake up to yummy smells from the kitchen and to see farm staff working hard in the barn. Max two pets at $150. Cancellations are Firm: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they've paid! If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refund is given.
