I can't describe the sorrow, misery & despair I felt living there. 1. I had NO hot H20 in my bathroom faucet for 5 months. After 5 months, a repair was done. Then if I ran the water for 5-8 mins; I had Luke warm water. 2. Even very high end Apts have pests. Mice come out in broad day light in the Main Lobby. 3. Trash eluminating in the lobby & elevator wouldn't do the smell justice. It's like stir fried hot Poo that has been left to simmer w/ old funky feet, urine & feces. 4. Trash outside your potential unit sits into the P.M at times. (Driveway) Leaving seedy characters to urinate & more. 5. Leaking H20 in Common Areas/Mailroom where packages are. 6. A repair outside of my unit that left an unsightly area right in front of my unit for over 7 weeks. 7. One night starting at 12:15 a.m. there was a loud noise. I looked out of my window, someone left a window washing unit against the side of the building unsecured. For OVER 4 hours during a very windy storm.. smashing glass panels & valuables falling off my walls. The device was breaking glass panels & spewing purple foam debris throughout the neighborhood. 8. Sarah in The Mis- Management Office is incompetent to the point of absurdity! Common Sense escapes her. She is inept far beyond belief.  FAR beyond belief. She mishandled SO many issues. Her complete lack of common sense literally almost left me Homeless. Literally. I have emails to verify. Too much to post. 9. One of my neighbors, a tortured soul jumped out of a window to their death just outside of my bedroom window. Management informed residents of the death in an email, explaining an "incident" occurred in the driveway. 10. I found another APT. to move into. Knowing EXACTLY how my residency has been here, Samuels & Associates charged me to break my lease! Several THOUSAND dollars. I will need to go into my Retirement Account to recover from this.
