There are two great restaurants nearby - Via Cannuccia and Tavolo Ristorante, as well as a local coffee shop + a Dunkin just across the T station. The Space The historical property was built in 1894. It is located in Ashmont Hill, which is an area within Boston's Dorchester neighborhood that is known for their beautiful victorian homes, and its diverse and eclectic neighborhood. The house is located only about a five minute walk from Ashmont T station, which is the first or last station on the red line. Extremely convenient. The Ashmont Apartment is Unit 1 (First Floor) of our two family home to which we have converted the entire property into a unique Guest House and Outdoor Living Space that is open year round, with the exception of The Office - which is closed during the winter months. While the other room (The Elephant Room), comes with a full size bed and its own ensuite bathroom as well. The apartment includes an open living room and kitchen.
