Car parking a nightmare plus expensive Stayed for 2 nights, asked for clean towels and bin to be emptied. It wasn’t done, asked again and still wasn’t done Only 3 members of staff working covering all areas so service was slow. They were friendly and not their fault, they were doing their best. Food was average at best

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable especially the big bed was lush. The shower was lovely. The bathroom was spotless and so was the bedroom. We had a lovely stay all round and so close to the coach and railway station aswel.

Great location for Bournemouth with cheap and plentiful parking opposite York Road). Very comfy clean rooms. I was pleased there was a proper bath with plenty of shower gel and piping hot water. WiFi a little slow and it was not possible to contact staff without going back down and looking for them. Didn't eat but only because we left so early. It all looked really nice.

Room was clean and spacious for 4 family(2 adults and 2 children which are 4 years and 6 years old). Nice location(supermarket is near and you can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes.). Good parking place! Nice breakfast. It's also great value for money since breakfast is free for childrens.

Room was clean and quiet. There are 3 lifts, middle one is broken and one makes a scary noise when going down. I witnessed a customer break down crying in fear due to the pounding noise thinking it will drop…. Limited drink and hot drink menu. Lack of staff. The reception staff member was hardly there and when he was he was also running the bar. One self check in machine was also broken. This place needs a little work but was fine otherwise.

Nice clean room spacious value for money bed was comfy reception and lounge area was OK just needs a bit more mods and cons as no USB ports in lounge area so hard to charge phone breakfast menu was good only downfall was getting in bit of a mission
