Being extremely challenged I needed a reassurance that my stay would be good. Nick the front line team member was extremely helpful and courteous asked if everything was okay with the food and my stay. All it takes is one kind person like Nick. Please say thank you. The room itself as well presented in a reasonable location and reasonably priced.

I had a room on the 10th floor. Nice view, great bed and a nice shower. Those were the upsides. Breakfast is a joke. Plates were dirty and the food is absolutely not worth the money. The room wasn’t clean. A lot of dust on the ceiling and in the corners. There’s no brush to clean the toilet after using it. Got some items from two vending machines. Drinks expired 6 months ago(!!!), chocolate bars expired two months ago. Machine wouldn’t return money after entering it. When I made a complaint at the reception, they answered that they had a contract with a company for the machines and couldn’t do anything. I told them I had a contract with them and they were providing the machines as a service to me, so they should reimburse me. They wouldn’t have any of it. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Would most definitely not recommend staying here!

Great room with good facilities, excellent breakfast offerings and very helpful staff throughout. Easy location to get to with ample reasonably priced secure underground parking available, the centre of Bournemouth is only a 10 minute walk away.

Great location, very friendly staff. Very pleased that I can check in earlier just for £15 extra. Premier inn are the best hotels for business and leisure at the same time. Never disappointed in any of the hotels in every location. Very quiet, clean big room as always.

We had to wait 4 hours for pillows receptionist was rude and unhelpful was so much noise and drilling going on the doors banging at 1 am in the morning and through the night , the WIFI was slow so we couldn't send emails and important messages, there was no way of contacting a member of staff so had to go down from the 7 floor and the restaurant didnt open till 6pm

Ryann was amazing he made my half term holiday a very great experience. It was clean staff were very helpful located very centrally about a 10 minute walk to the main city and its near many places to eat or to buy stuff from a corner shop i would definitely recommend staying here
