Ryann was exceptional and really went over and above to make sure we had a brilliant time. I will be staying here again 100% keep doing what you do Premier Inn. The hotel is located centrally and for the price you can’t go wrong. The food choices are very good that are a 5 minute walk away The whole team really make you feel special.

Stayed for one night as visiting friends close by. Good value for money. Check in was quick. Room was clean and the bed was nice & so were the pillows. The hotel is a walking distance to the beach.. approximately 20 minutes. Would recommend for a short stay.

On arrival at this hotel for a 2 night stay, I was allocated room 510. I was shocked to learn that his room was permanently unlocked and did not require a keycard to enter. Had I not tried the handle before using the keycard, I would have been blissfully unaware of this. The room would have remained unlocked all the time! On returning to reception, the staff then allocated room 610. This room was locked, however could not be opened with the keycard. There was no response at all from the door lock (normally a red light would show if the card was not valid) . After going to reception for a third time, the staff allocated room 812. Again, this room would not open with the keycard, with no response from the door lock. After a long wait in a busy reception while other people were checked in, the staff eventually issued a card that opened room 812. However, no explanation was provided. This left me feeling anxious and when I raised the issue of security with the reception staff, they refused to address it at all, telling me to contact customer services. I decided to book elsewhere and check out early. I even had to ask for help to access the room to collect my bags to leave, as the keycard would not open the door again. On contacting customer services, they did not provide any explanation or address the security issue (3 separate rooms had problems) and refused to provide any refund or compensation. I feel that there is something amiss at Premier Inn. Security is a fundamental requirement of any hotel and they simply do not care.

The miserable woman in reception. She was scary hair pinned back and unwilling to even smile when you walk past and say hello Restaurant was lovely. Food great . Hotel warn but warm and nice flow in shower . Such a shame about the miserable cow in reception
