Hotel Lusso Mare by Aycon

Every year I say “ Never again, Im not booking with Jet 2 “ because each year , almost without fail-their recommended accommodation turns out to be VERY disappointing. Having travelled a lot in my lifetime I believe I am a fair person who does not moan for the sake of it and I invite anyone to look up some of the stellar reviews I have given much cheaper hotels based in Greece, Turkey and Italy NOT with Jet 2 I should add! Where to begin? Despite having a clean modern bathroom ( the ONLY good thing) this hotel is tiny and the rooms cramped and dark - many with no balcony, no pool and as it turns out zero bar facilities ( despite what it claims on its website. ) Trust me, there is NO BAR- not even somewhere you can buy a coffee p.m - even if you like us, paid for half-board. In line with other UK reviewers, Im afraid we found the daily excuse for a buffet boring and monotonous and very poor quality, with the same greasy and overcooked offering of tough-as-nails pork steak and white fish, recycled plain pasta, over-cooked chicken and greasy roast potatoes, minimal veg, the same cucumber and tomato salad - morning and evening -with no dressing folks, day in and out. Quite how local reviewers can describe the food as “excellent” is beyond me! There was bread but no butter, a small amount of fruit ( apples, bananas) which were rarely replenished, a coffee machine ( nasty coffee) and the staff seemed to go out of their way to be rude and unhelpful. Eg. I had to ask at least twice for a kettle and some cups for the room that are listed as coming as standard. Also on two occasions where we asked the two grumpy male servers for milk for our cereal ( because we needed to leave earlier for day trips , breakfast being 7-9 am ) they just shrugged their shoulders and deliberately took their sweet time, so if we didn’t want dry cereal we had to top it up with coffee from the machine! So much for the “ friendly and helpful staff” that apparently more local Serbian and Croatian holidaymakers keep banging on about! Maybe they just don’t like English -speakers? Or maybe these hotel staff at this hotel simply don’t give a ****? Last but not least, on three occasions we had to go down to Reception to ask for a toilet roll because the maid did not have the basic common sense to replace the empty one.. Our advice? AVOID the Lusso Mare like the plague!

Very small hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, food lovely clean rooms, good location, close to two mini markets, bus stop to Budva. Provide parking space for your car if you have/rent and not charge for it, normal in other countries my expierance is the hotel charging you for parking space which they provided.

The hotel has only 4-5 parking spaces in the hard-to-reach garage. The hotel is located in a narrow street in a very small area with many private facilities nearby. You can feel the sewage in the rooms. Breakfast is the same every morning. The mini bar in the rooms cannot cool drinks. This hotel does not deserve this category at all.

Находились в этом отеле по рекомендации туроператоров, как в одном из хороших отелей Будвы. Плюсы: Гостиница небольшая, отремонтированная. Есть парковка на 4-5 авто. Номер с видом на море - вид с балкона шикарный. Отмечу просторную душевую с туалетом. Работа рецепшена - одна из работниц владеет русским языком. Персонал дружелюбен, но не торопиться решать проблемы клиента. 300 метров до пляжа, рядом пицерия и магазин. Хорошо работают кондиционеры в номере. Отличное качество интернета. Минусы: Размер апартаментов с одной спальней оказался для 3 взрослых тесным. В гостинной приходилось днем складывать диван, чтобы можно было двигаться, переодеваться и проходить на балкон.Полную уборку делали по просьбе один раз за 10 дней. Убираются не качественно, меняют не все постельное - избирательно (с таким я первый раз столкнулась). Но полотенца меняли ежедневно. Холодильник барный - заполнен напитками за плату. Пришлось выставлять, чтобы положить свои продукты. Стаканы не были помыты не разу. Чай не добавляется. Туалетную бумагу и средство для душа приходится спрашивать. Чайник в номере есть, но розетки рядом нет, поэтому приходилось включать в коридоре у мусорного ведра, где есть розетка или около дивана. Завтраки скудноватые, овощей мало, иногда приходилось ждать еду, персонал не торопиться. Девушка за барной стойкой не приветлива, задавая "такое же настроение" с утра, очень сильно гремит посудой, мужчины же более приветливы. До приезда было желание взять пакет с ужином в этом отеле, но ни на минуту не пожалели, что не взяли. Много мест есть в Будве и Бечиче, где очень вкусно, разнообразно и более оадушно. В отеле заявлена услуга химчистки, есть пакет для грязного белья с отметками глажка/стирка. По факту этой услуги нет, пакет, со слов персонала, предназначен для их полотенец, если клиент берет на пляж. Поэтому если остаетесь надолго в этом отеле в сезон, запасайтесь одеждой, очень жарко, но химчистки нет. Мой вывод: отель для 2-3 дневного проживания.
