It consists of a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and smart TV, and a kitchenette. Bordighera Alta offers an authentic experience with numerous typical restaurants; the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, and there is also public parking for cars. The train station is about 1 km away. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Essential items such as salt, sugar, oil, Nespresso coffee capsules, towels, bed sheets, toiletries with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning essentials are also provided for guests. PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT, LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR, IS ONLY VIA STAIRS, WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. THIS CONDITION MAY BE PROBLEMATIC FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES. The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a public parking lot a few meters away (as seen in the photos) with free parking with a time disc.
