A large table with seating for six sits beneath a skylight and beside a second fireplace (gas, controlled by a smart Nest thermostat). This room also includes a daybed with a full-size trundle—ideal for kids or extra guests. Remote workers will love the dedicated dual-screen workstation in the dining area. With two external monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse, the setup connects instantly via a USB 3.0 plug—just bring your laptop and you’re ready to work, all while staying warm by the nearby fireplace. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and ample counter space. The pantry and coat closet also include helpful extras like coolers, folding chairs, and cooking supplies. A Traeger grill is available for guest use right outside the unit—just bring wood pellets if planning to smoke more than once. The bathroom includes a smart toilet; automatic lid, heated seat, charcoal air filtration system (begins when you sit), full bidet menu, heated dryer. The toilet has a remote with all the features located on the wall next to it. This bathroom also includes a large tub/shower combo.
