Wasn't sure what to expect with this hotel as it part of the Radisson Group I was hoping for good things - initial impression however was very poor- evening checkin process took over 45 minutes - self check in machines not working Staff not trained or knowledgable no queue management. Rooms were basic. Breakfast was chotic food quality poor and choice limited - scrambled eggs worst ever experienced. Hotel bar closed without notice. No room service or food options. We had booked two nights but tried to reduce to one it was so bad. Positives would be the location -reception staff in the day were helpful. parking is difficult unless you lucky enough to find a space in the hotel garage. Has potential with better management to improve. To add insult to injury we had to over pay for our stay due to a mix up with the room booking - Prozehotel central booking was not helpful.
