Amazing hotel very clean and everything is new. Staff are very polite and helpful. The location is very convenient however to get to the parking lot is a bit tricky as there are no clear signs on the gate for the hotel. I had to go around a couple of times until I found the entrance. All in all a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

A very special and unique boutique hotel to stay at. The location is excellent since I travelled by train and it is near the station and it is also near the main square with many shops and restaurants around. The most impressive feature of the hotel is the beautiful garden that contains a glasshouse, restaurant, bar, pool, arts, etc. Was also able to get a hotel bike and visited an interesting castle nearby. The room is large, comfortable, clean, with excellent view of the local mountains nearby. The breakfast was also fabulous. Have no complaints, but only compliments to the staff, service, and facility. Really enjoyed my stay and would do it again!

Super feliz de vivir aquí! El entorno es bueno y higiénico, el servicio es bueno, el desayuno es bueno, todo a plenos votos, y hay piscinas y spa. Soy el hotel más satisfecho de todo el viaje. Voy a volver a revivirla cuando tenga tiempo.

While many seem to like this hotel, we can't say the experience was that enjoyable. The building feels tired, with an interior renovation done in an 80's style appearing dated. We followed the directions to the underground carpark (thankfully provided by the hotel), and discovered steps up and down to get to the hotel, and then up again to get from reception to the elevator. Hardly a deal-killer, but annoying nonetheless to schlep the luggage after a long day. Interior decor was surprising - it was neither ”classic old” nor ”modern chic”. Instead the reception area felt like something you might see at the counter of a Jamba Juice in a nondescript American mall. It was probably refreshing when first built, but style, particularly Italian style, has moved on significantly. Out of the elevator we found more stairs to get to our room. It was certainly spacious, but the style again felt dated. The bed was in a loft, up a set of noisily-creaking stairs, with a sloping roof skylight. Window coverings were good, blacking out the light of a very early sunrise, but we couldn't get the air conditioner to get the room below 22 or so (roughly 71), downstairs, and it was warmer still upstairs - all making for an uncomfortable night. The location was good for wandering around the old part of the City, but we have to believe that there are other centrally-located hotels offering a better experience. On any future trip we would likely opt for a stay in the beautiful surrounding area, visiting the old town (which the City seems to be intent on further improving) on a day trip.

We just came back from a couple of days holidays in Bolzano. this hotel was one of the best hotels we have been so far. Excellent location (7 minutes walk from station and right in the center of town), immaculate and good size rooms, wonderful spa and Jacuzi, ... Breakfast was good but a bit limited on variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Shabab who gave us a lot of super useful tips about the city and sightseeing. He also helped us to upgrade the room which was amazing. We could not fault anything in the hotel. We were also impressed with free Bolzano Card which was offered by hotel and is really fantastic for using cable cars, buses etc free of charge. We'd definitely go back.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. I booked my stay through booking.com who need to wake and and cut ties with the place before it destroys their reputation. Upon entering the building via a key in a lock box attached to the front door (which I found open more than once), I was greeted by a smell which I'm certain comes from the floors not being washed in the hallways. In my room there was exposed electrical cables sticking out of the floor, hairs all over the bed, stains on the towels left for us, an uncleaned toilet bowl, used shampoo sachets left in the shower, hair from the previous guest who had been shaving left in the sink, taps that clearly hadn't been wiped as there was hair and finger prints all over them and grubby bedside tables. Also, the first and only the first shower I had in the place had hot water and there wasn't a drop thereafter. The owners or those who run this place must be entirely oblivious to the pandemic that has been going on in the last couple of months because the place was filthy. I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of the place before I arrived even stating Covid and the fact that I have asthma to them which they ignored entirely. I chose to follow through on my trip as it was non refundable and I was hopeful that the fact that I had been in contact with them might encourage them to scrub the place up a bit but I might as well have been talking to the wall because they blatantly ignored what I had to say. Someone needs to come and shut this place down asap. Another thing I might add is that they offer discounts on your stay if you rate the place 5 stars, so be extremely wary of any decent reviews because theres no way anyone has had a five star experience here. Just about the only thing they have going for them is the cheap prices they offer and the great location but if anyone was to consider staying here I recommend you spend the extra cash and stay as far away from here as possible.

El hotel era un hotel de moda y se sentía un poco desagradable. En el hotel, el hotel está en una habitación doble con desayuno por 117 euros. Me preguntaba sobre la tasa más barata y se le dijo que ya no estaba disponible, así que me reservaba a la tasa más alta. No obstante, una vez que lo comprobamos la noche siguiente, me interesó y lo comprobé de nuevo por la misma noche y el precio de € 117 dijo que aún estaba disponible para esa noche. El hotel estaba limpio y el personal estaba amigable, pero nuestra habitación era un poco anticuada y el piso se sentía como si hubiera lugares suaves o agujeros en varios lugares. Cuando reservas tienes que seleccionar su garaje, sin embargo, los do tienen unos pocos espacios no descubiertos disponibles que son un poco más baratos pero que se ven primero servidos y no reservables preguntan por eso. Si vienes por coche, lleve las direcciones de aparcamiento antes de llegar allí. La ubicación es excelente para la estación de tren y la antigua ciudad es a pie en unos minutos 5-10.

We stayed in an apartment here in 2019 and based upon the experience of this we re booked for our 2024 stay of 10 nights. Again we had a superb stay, the apartment was immaculate, quiet and very comfortable. It is also very secure. Our apartment had a good size balcony with clothes line which was very handy for our stay. The kitchen area had an oven cooktop, full size fridge and cutlery plates and cooking utensils. The location is ideal as well a supermarket is a short walk away, and also some smaller shops for milk bread and fruit very close by. The hotel does have a great restaurant and we dined here a couple of times for dinner well priced great food and excellent customer service. A bus top is in front of the apartment which enabled trips to another Town called Merano and the bus into Bolzano including a stop over the road from the Train station. Would highly recommend booking a stay in these apartments, there is parking on site and lift to access the apartments, noting the lift can offer access to apartment floors if you are staying there as you have a key to access the floors.

In una situazione normale avrei messo 4 stelle, ma ne metto 5 per alzare la media dei voti, perché l'hotel non merita assolutamente una media cosi bassa. Non so sei sia cambiata la gestione o meno, ma io ci ho soggiornato per il ponte dei morti 2024 e devo dire che ne sono stata super soddisfatta: Camera Moderna, letto matrimoniale (come da richiesta) comodo, bagno in ottime condizioni, lenzuola pulite, qualche graffio e segno di umidità sui muri ma in generale buone condizioni Accoglienza Check-in fatto senza problemi nel tardo pomeriggio, check-out anche semplice e in entrambi i casi personale molto gentile e professionale Costo Pur avendo prenotato all'ultimo durante un periodo di festività, il prezzo era ottimo CONSIDERANDO LA MEDIA dei prezzi a Bolzano (170€). Colazione e parcheggio sono a pagamento, tuttavia essendo vicino al centro, ci sono molte opzioni di parcheggio per strada e camminando 10min si possono già trovare i primi bar aperti la mattina presto. Commenti Negativi Unica pecca, il clima è centralizzato e la sera non sapevamo come abbassarlo. Quando la mattina ho chiesto in reception, ci hanno informati che bastava li chiamassimo e loro lo avrebbero aggiustato. Conclusione Ripeto non so se la gestione sia cambiata, ma l'hotel era in ottime condizioni e ringrazio il cielo di non aver letto le recensioni prima di prenotare (cosa che di solito faccio SEMPRE ma per puro caso stavolta me ne ero dimenticata - se lo avessi fatto, sicuramente non avrei prenotato qui e ci avrei rimesso molti soldi visto che alla fine l'esperienza è stata a dir poco ottima).

Hemos estado una noche en el Hotel Ariston de Bolzano. El hotel está situado a 15 minutos a pie del centro histórico. El estacionamiento está previsto en las inmediaciones del hotel en zona pública. Fuimos dos personas más un perro aceptado ya en la reserva con un ligero sobrevalor. Fuimos recibidos por una persona muy amable. Hemos encontrado habitaciones limpias, calientes y cómodas. Sentencia WiFi entregada al check-in. El precio por una noche en Bolzano correcto. No hay un ascensor presente pero esto para nosotros no ha sido de impedimento.
