Alelacele neredeyse hiç araştıramadan rezervasyon yapıp konaklamak durumunda kaldık. Şans bizden yana imis. Öncelikle son derece sakin, sessiz bir otel. 2 Bungalov oda yanlış değilsem de 4 normal olda var otelde. Biz şömine oda olarak gecen odada konakladık. Oda sıcacıktı geldiğimizde. Çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. Akşam hava karardıktan sonra gelmek durumunda kaldığımızdan ve bölgeye ilk gidişimiz olduğundan yollar giderken biraz korkuttu ama sonunda sağ Salim ulaştık. Sanki uçsuz bucaksız bir yere gidiyormuş hissi sonrası bir köy icinden geçip otele ulaşacaksınız. Aile işletmesi. Sessiz sakin bir otel. Hatta cok sessiz ve ıssız bile denebilir. Ben biraz hareketlilik biraz misafir sirkülasyonu isterim derseniz size uymaz. Nitekim ikinci gecemizde otelde tek biz vardık. Sabah kahvaltısı ***et yeterli ve lezzetli idi. Özellikle ekmekleri çok güzeldi. Otelin manzarası harika. Önünüzde küçük bir gölet. Ormanın içinde mükemmel bir doğa oteli. Tabi ki Bungalov oda kaldığımız odaya nazaran cok daha güzeldi. Öneri: konsept bu şekilde mi bilmiyorum ama duşta banyo havlusu yoktu. Bölgedeki otel ve konseptlerini bilemediğimden belki normalde koyulmuyordur, misafir getiriyordur. Bilemiyorum. Ama bu şekilde değilse olmasını isterdim.

A nice resort hotel for with many facilities and acitivities. We booked a standard room and the roof terrace as we were 5 adults and a toddler. Room facilities were upto 5 star hotel rating with everything you need in room from hair dryer to ironing board. We went during a pandemic weekend lock-in so the saturday was a full hotel, but the staff, hotel, restaurants were very clean and kept social distancing well. The restaurant tables nicely spaced apart, with no one allowed in restaurant area without a mask. The food was served all behind glass panels and very hygenic, fresh and not over doing the wide spread. Options were fresh everyday. I didnt like the included free tea time 4-5pm. Was too busy and uncessary to serve the simple food, plus a lot of guest would just leave their leftovers and plates lying around the lonby bar area which looked messy. But thankfully the hotel staff worked very well cleaning everything up fast. Rooms were comfortable however could hear loud noises from outside from time to time. The resort right on the bottom of a nature park area so great walking paths. We went when it was 1,5ms of snow so it was very nice. The long 2.4km walk path in the snow is for the adventurous types. But cool. There are hot pools and a spa centre but didnt try it out as was too busy. Peacocks and other birds and farm animals in the hotel garden were cool. A nice stay, but choose your time wisely as does get very busy on holiday times and certain weekends.

Kasım ayında kaldığımız süre içerisinde odamızın temizliği,lobby barda çay ikramı,oda servisinde denedigimiz sütlaç lezzeti çayın lezzeti,odada yatak konforu oda sıcaklığı odamızda banyo hijyeni ve oda kahvaltı aldığımız hizmette kesinlikle kahvaltı açık büfe ünitelerinde taze ve kaliteli servise edildiğinden dolayı aşçı başı ve serviste Hacer hanima çok teşekkür ediyoruz.otele gelmemize önayak olan aşçı başı syn Murat bey e ayrıca çok teşekkür ediyoruz.ailecek memnun kaldık.tebrikler Köroğlu otel....

We arrived after a long trip to this hotel. Although stayed one night in the garden rooms, we found the hotel to be very clean, fresh and more than adequate for our needs. The room was larger than usual with a window to a little garden area which was lovey. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Ozlem at the reception was absolutely amazing and helped us find a great holiday route to the west coast. We are grateful for he advice and lived both Gölcük and Sapanca. We will be recommending this place to whoever visits that area. Thank you Valli as well who was great help on arrival.

Una empresa segura que puede ser preferida por familias que pueden permanecer en el centro de la ciudad.BOLU es uno de los hoteles raros que pueden permanecer cerrados.Si nos queda el camino, sin duda quedaremos.Muchas gracias a su familia y al señor Remzi.

Bolu'da karpalas hotelde jakuzili oda için rezervasyon yaptırdım. Görüntüsü iyi olmasına rağmen beş para etmez yol pansiyonları kalitesinde bir yermiş meğer. Kalacağım odada jakuziye su doldurdum, fakat bellimi borularda bir sorun varmış. Jakuzinin tüm suyu halıfleks kapli zemine boşaldı!!. Resepsiyonu arayıp konuyu anlattım fakat hiç bir görevli gelmedi. Resepsiyon sanki konu çok normal bir şeymiş gibi davrandı. Oda içinde kalınır durumda olmadığı halde bir yetkili çıkıp da odanın kapısına dahi gelmedi.. ikinci defa aradığımda ise otelde başka olmadığı söyledi. Fahiş fiyatlarla kaldığım bu otelde israrla çözüm bulmaları gerektiğini belirtmeme rağmen çözüm odaklı yaklaşılmadı. Bu seviyede bir otelden personel kalitesi bekliyor insan.. en sonunda telafi etmeleri konusunda israrim sonucu alt seviye bir oda verdiler. Jakuzili oda için verdiğim para boşa gitti, Hiçbir şekilde telafi edilmedi.. verdiğim paranın iadesini talep ediyorum. Bir kuruşunu bile haketmiyorlar.. gerçekten rezalet.. otel ne hizmet kalitesi ne oda kalitesi hiçbir yönden iyi yorumu haketmiyor.
