The Sonata Hotel is located in one of the best areas of Greater Sochi, in an ecologically clean, picturesque place with a well-developed infrastructure and not far from the center of the resort village of Loo. But most importantly, the hotel is located just 150 meters from the sea and a beautiful pebble beach. Within walking distance from our hotel and next to it, you will find almost everything you need for a comfortable stay: beach activities, grocery stores, a small market, cafes and restaurants, tents with souvenirs and beach equipment and much more. And Sochi Park or the Olympic facilities located in Adler can be easily reached by public transport (stop 200 meters from us).
Cozy and comfortable rooms designed for your pleasant stay are offered to accommodate vacationers. In Sonata you will find a variety of accommodation options – from standard rooms to spacious apartments with sea views. All rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, split system, TV, satellite TV, refrigerator, toilet, shower. There are rooms with a terrace or balcony (please check the availability of a balcony in the room when booking in advance). The water is cold, hot - around the clock.
On the territory of the hotel, for the convenience of guests, there are places to relax with sets of wicker furniture on the balconies and sun umbrellas on the terraces, and the outdoor pool will not only please you, but also save you from the summer heat. For sunbathing and getting a bronze tan by the pool, we have installed sun loungers. Unlimited Wi-Fi internet is available in the rooms and the surrounding area. An open-air cinema, a cafe in the hotel, a lounge cafe. And you can buy fresh food directly in our minimarket, without leaving the hotel territory. Начну с плюсов : Расположение отеля прекрасное, спуск к морю через дорогу; Красивые виды; Рядом вкусная столовая трио и много магазинов; В 15 минут ходьбы жд вокзал, где на электричке можно добраться до центра и много куда еще; В самом отеле красиво, интересный интерьер, вид с крыши превосходный, бассейн теплый и чистый, воду можно пить прямо из крана, так как стоит общий фильтр; Вечерами включают мультики для детей у бассейна на проекторе. Из минусов : ОТНОШЕНИЕ! Никогда никого нет на ресепшене, вы приезжайте на заселение и вызваниваете хозяев или работников , чтоб что то спросить также нужно найти , того кто там работает (что почти невозможно), ощущение что люди которые там работают и хозяйка в том числе просто отдыхают, а вы очень сильно отвлекайте своими вопросами! Я была в шоке от такого отношения! При нас у соседей сломался замок на двери, его не меняли в течении 3 дней! 3 дня у людей был открыт номер! Сейфа в номере нет, и даже мыльницы нет! Чтоб поменяли полотенца или что-то дали опять же нужно кого то найти! Также была паутина на потолке! Есть общая кухня, но оказалось что пользоваться ей нельзя! На баре также не всегда кого то найдешь! Хозяева там больше отдыхают сами со своими друзьями. Итог : отель хороший, расположение отличное, красивые виды и интерьер, но с таким отношением (а отношение в гостевом бизнесе главное) мы туда больше ни ногой!!!

Управляющие никакие, никогда не было на ресепшене человека что бы спросить нужную информацию, кухня для персонала отдыхающим туда нельзя, чайник один на весь корпус, воду в кулер наливали из под крана в грязных бутылках, если кого то найти из управляющих и спросить то хамят, одна женщина была адекватная не запомнила ее имени, она горничная вроде была, можно было что то спросить, постели не меняли полотенце тоже, были неделю, один большой плюс что пляж в 2 мин ходьбы, люди на автобусах добирались до пляжа где мы просто дорогу переходили, больше сюда не приедем, спрашивали у людей про отель, раньше другие были и при них все было на отлично видать и отзывы с того времени нынешние управляющие какие то звери, у нас в номере даже шкафа не было все вещи были в чемоданах, когда спросили про него нам ответили что шкаф есть но нести не кому, на минутку там два в теле мужчин которые были управляющими и весь день спали ночью вылазить умудрялись даже поздороваться не могут, в общем эти три человека ( управляющие) портят всю картину

Не рекомендую никому этот отель, сервис от слова совсем нет, за неделю пребывания ни разу не поменяли бельё, полотенца, не было уборки, нет мыла, шампуня, воды, чайник один на этаже, кулер всегда был пустой. При обращении к администратору Марии, она дала понять, что эти проблемы туристов их не интересуют, у них только 3 звезды, сами воду покупайте и платите 300 руб. за уборку. До приезда в этот отель прочитала отзывы, все хорошие были, обман сразу и фото на сайте не соответствует действительности, бассейн просто лягушатник. Обходите стороной Сонату в Лоо

Из плюсов пляж в шаговой доступности , столовая со вкусной домашней и недорогой едой тоже. Воды в кулере почти всегда нет, в номере грязно, штора в душе в плесени! За все время проживания ни разу не убрали номер !
