環境衞生總體不錯

This hotel is lovely in general. But needs improvement. Ita biggest advantage is that it has a private beach. A few steps from your room and you're by the lake. The hotel is very clean, but quite old fashioned. The shower room is big, but in itself is very small and not comfortable for a shower after a lake dip. Also for short people the choosing if shower head is impossible. The hotel has an AC in the rooms and halls only. The reception, lobby and dining room doesn't have any AC. In 38c it's tough. In our room the AC was extremely loud. To a point it woke us up at night. In the mornings the hotel turns it off on purpose. Both in the halls and the rooms. Which was making it a bit harsh to take our time in the morning before leaving for our day. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with not much variety. Though it was nice to see some gluten free products. Does it worth the 60€. Sadly no. It's important to mention I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability. There is no access. Only stairs, no lift and no ramps for wheel chairs or people with mobility problem. The location of the hotel is why the stay there is quite nice. 6 minutes drive from town, private beach, parking, very clean rooms and a, sweet kind staff. I just hope they will improve on the ac, showers, and accessibility that is important to allow more people to enjoy. It's not worth the 170€. But if some improvements will take place, it sure will. (curly gals pack a, hair conditioner, you'll need it btw)

It is the only hotel directly on lago di Bolsena that we have seen. The rooms are very small, we had a room with lake view which was very nice. Food was very good. The terrace overlooking the lake is splendid.

Hotel diviso in due strutture vicine, divise da una strada piuttosto trafficata in retilineo e ad alta velocità.Soggiornato una notte nella struttura più interna. Piuttosto pulita e confortevole. Credevo di trovarci la tv satellitare ma niente.Personale gentile,simpatico e preparato. Colazione ottima e abbondante. per cena preso 1 tagliere per 2 di salumi e formaggi,ottimo anche quello.Consiglio di provare la struttura con vista lago che deve essere incantevole.Mi chiedo perché non abbiano risolto in qualche modo per mettere in sicurezza la strada che divide le 2 strutture,strisce zebrate illuminate da lampioni forse?🤔

L' hôtel est idéalement situé sur les rives du lac Bolsena ce qui est particulièrement agréable lors du petit-déjeuner buffet qui se prend sur la terrasse , face au lac .De belles chambres bien équipée avec une décoration recherchée .Un grand parking est à la disposition des résidents .Un petit bémol , devoir traverser un axe routier pour aller du la partie Palace ( chambres et piscine ) à la partie restaurant ouverte sur le beau lac ;

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel (Palace) i primi giorni di maggio con un gruppo di 20 persone. Camere ampie, pulite, confortevoli e dotate di una spaziosa terrazza. Buon cibo sia a cena, sia a colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Sabrina e Antonio che in sala ci hanno fatto sentire amici con la loro professionalità e super simpatia. Hanno contribuito a rendere bellissimo il nostro tour in Tuscia. Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di 25 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le nostre camere erano tutte nella parte del Palace. Camera belle ,ampie, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Bellissimo anche il corpo centrale dove si trova sala da pranzo,bar e reception situato direttamente sul lago. Abbiamo assistito a dei tramonti magnifici. Cucina squisita. Una nota di merito a tutto lo staff dell'hotel, Antonio e Sabrina in sala sono davvero un'accoppiata vincente simpaticissimi e molto pazienti com tutti i clienti. Grazie a tutti!!!

Bell’hotel Situato direttamente sul lago,dotato di belle camere e grande reception.abbiamo passato il capodanno con amici,ed è stato accompagnato da musica con dj e fuochi d’artificio.ottimo il servizio di ristorazione,con piatti tipici squisiti e abbondanti.ottimo anche il servizio dei camerieri di sala molto efficienti e attenti al servizio. Un ringraziamento particolare a Sabrina e Antonio che sono stati gentilissimi e simpaticissimi.😉👍

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella struttura in occasione di un matrimonio. Locale molto semplice da trovare ha le sue strutture separate per poter permettere di poter usufruire di entrambi i locali per mangiare e dormire. Ampio parcheggio.stanze dal sapore classico ma ben tenute pulite ,ordinate e comodo. Il ristorante è situato proprio sul lago. Ci sono persino i lettini e gli ombrelloni. Cibo buono abbondante e personale di sala molto gentile e professionale. Insomma una bella sosta. Voto 8
