We paid over $3000 AUD and did not get what we paid for. We checked in with our newborn and for 17hrs had no water. No warning from the ‘hotel’ and no help or empathy from the ‘customer service’ - the apartment had dead plants, a stained couch with springs poking out, shower with empty bottles of soap, no toaster, no air conditioning and only one pass key. Only one ‘cleaning’ offered despite booking 6 weeks. Also no refunds or offers of compensation. After hours of sharing our frustrations they offered us a bottle of soap, a $20 refund and a free cleaning - so essentially nothing, Stay clear! This organisation is TERRIBLE and they do not care about guests once they have your money.
