Coconut Creek Resort - Dabolim Airport

About time for another review of this fabulaous place. We are one of the regular repeat visitors and there is no secret why - the place is magical and truly paradise on earth and an oasis of calm in Goa. We cannot fault the rooms, friendly staff and food both at breakfast and evening - with a mixture of European and Indian offerings. A short walk through a well lit (and totally safe!) pathway takes you to Bogmalo Beach and the sister restaurant Joets right on the beach where the same friendly atmosphere exudes. Yes this is India and power cuts happen from time to time, but the on site generator soon kicks in to restore power, the wifi is fine I undertook Teams calls for work whilst there this time - ask at reception for the best connection. Overall another fabulous stay and a warm thank you to Lynn, Nello and their team - already booked for next year!

We had an excellent staying experience in the resort. Everything from the resort scenic beauty, swimming pool, walking distance from Bogmalo Beach, Welcome drink of chilled coconut water, Breakfast and cozy room. The entire resort staff was very friendly and welcoming especially Bhagya, the front desk executive who was very nice and helpful. Overall a memorable and wonderful experience.

The stay was amazing. The resort was really serene and beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. Really enjoyed the peaceful vibe in this resort.

A nicely appointed small bungalow complex, but due to what I can only perceive as that being out of season it did not match our expectations or needs. Whilst the room was of a good size, we did find the room was too uncomfortable for us. This was because the air conditioning switched off for about 3 hours overnight which led to a very uncomfortable night. Also there was supposed to be a shuttle to the beach and its restaurant's, however this was not available for our stay, even though it was in the hotel description when we booked, this led to a walk down to the beach through a dark and dangerous pathway. For these reasons we decided to take a loss on our stay and checked out of the complex after the first night of our 3 night stay for a hotel that better suited our needs and expectations.

This booking by far is my biggest regret. The hotel staff is rude especially the receptionist with zero sense of customer service. When we were allotted the room both the ac and the fan were not working. They said they would fix it soon so we didn't complain and told them in the meantime we would take a look of the resort. However, the service thereafter was horrible with frequent powercuts throughout our stay. For eg. It was raining g heavily in the morning and the breakfast time was about to end, when we requested the reception to kindly bring an umbrella to the room they rudely denied saying they don't have any. What sort of a resort charging a heavy price doesn't have extra umbrellas for their guest? then there were no bed side table in the room.
