I like the welcome to the staff with the guess. They help us always , the rooms was cleaned and nice food . Altin she is very helpful with us , very friendly she help me to do everything here and show me all directions and the best places to go to visit.

Hands down one of the best holidays we have been on. From the room to the hotel and the food everything was spot on 👌🏼 Every staff member has been exceptional. Special shout out to the animation team who all made every night a party night. We felt like one big family!! 10/10 would recommend and will come back with our kids next time as it's also family friendly.

There is no information that outside is a new hotel building site. Some rooms are above a dumping/goods in site. Constant noise of broken glass and stench from bin wagons at least 3 times per day. 1st one around 5am then afternoon and some of them after 10pm. Stuff doesn't speak English, sometimes not even at reception (at least at night). Turkish coffee with Turkish delight only in lobby bar (and you have to ask for it). Room service not good enough. Mini bar been left empty 7 times during 12 night stay in the hotel (rest of the days if they don't have Pepsi or Miranda left just water). Afternoon shift at Patisserie bar were very lazy and they don't did a proper drinks. Asked for an ice coffee and get some slush. Hygiene at this bar well no comment. Not enough sun beds and parasols, people just hunting for a place at 6am and then come back 1 or 2 pm. Hotel stuff didn't adhere to own rules and leave it like it is. More then once some Turkish or German Turkish been served before others. There was a pattern Turkish, German Turkish then Russians and rest of the world. Quality of serving was the same. Food well as you can expect some cold or burned. Choice of food.. well not good enough for a 5star hotel. During my 12 night stay there was only once a proper kebab. Salad and other stuff looks like leftover from previous meal. I must admit that beach bar was ok. Food freshly prepared and tasty. One minus that salad bar was left without any cover from flies at +45 deg sun. Hotel corridors dark and very hot. No aircon in lifts. Some tiles on the floor broken. Near the lifts floor was wet a very slippery. After accident when some of the stuff slips and trip they started to keep proper signage and order. Stuff didn't react when customers left glasses near by the pools.

We spent a week at the hotel at the end of February 2025. The hotel met our expectations. The rooms were cleaned every day, although they could be more thoroughly. However, the towels and bed linen were always clean. Good food, in large quantities, at any time (a plus is eating from 00 to 7 - a good option before a night flight). The best parties and karaoke only with Duracel at the sushi bar, where you can also drink fantastic drinks (the barmaid's special drinks are pure poetry, we will miss them, Yeliz is the best ). The hotel's location doesn't look bad but could be better. 10 minutes walk to the bus stop and then for 1 euro or 2 (depending on the driver's mood) per person one way to Side or Belek. On the plus side, the short distance to the beach. We will definitely return to the hotel in the summer to see what it is like when it is bustling with life.
