Otel kesinlikle resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil ailenin gideceği bir otel değil hiç temiz değil resimlerde daha güzel daha modern ve temiz görünüyor fakat otele gidip canlı gördüğünüz zaman çok ayrı bizde resimlerde görüp otele ödeme yapıp otele kalmak için gittik fakat temiz olmadığı için iptal etmek zorunda kaldık fakat paramizida geri odemediler sebep ise otele gidince sadece bizim duş almamız gerekiyordu bu sebepten ödeme yapmadılar yapmadığım halde sadece duş aldığımız için bunu sebep gösterip ödeme yapmadılar kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum (Das Hotel ist definitiv nicht so, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, es ist kein Hotel für die Familie, es ist überhaupt nicht sauber, es sieht auf den Bildern schöner, moderner und sauberer aus, aber wenn man es besucht Hotel und sehen es live, wir sehen es auf den Bildern und bezahlen das Hotel und übernachten im Hotel, aber es ist sauberWir mussten es stornieren, weil es nicht da war, aber sie haben unser Geld nicht zurückerstattet. We had a very bad experience staying with these thieves, we booked this hotel via *********** (month 5/2022), at this stage we asked to debit our card but the hotel confirmed that we could pay at our arrival, The day of our arrival, they tried to charge our card, so we asked via message that we will pay by cash once at the hotel since we were already at Bodrum airport. As planned we checked in by paying by cash, and we settled in the room was very poor nothing comparing with the photos posted on booking, but we decided to stay there given the good location (Bodrum center ) everything was fine we spend a very nice evening at the bodrum center, and we was very happy. The next morning we were surprised by the cancellation of our reservation by the host on ***********, because of the credit card when we had paid the entire stay on our arrival, this will mean that we are no more protected by the platform, since we have already gone to the beach, we sent a message to find out the reasons for this cancellation, but we did not receive any answer, after our return to the hotel after a day in the beach, we asked for explanations, the manager told us what was the point of keeping the reservation on *********** when you were already accommodated? We were really worried and frustrated because of this behavior unworthy of the host, so we went back to the room and we directly checked our belongings and the big surprise, they stole 400 euros of the amount of money we had, and actually our stay in this hostel became very dangerous, we went down to see the manager directly, who ignored us telling us that the hotel is running by the whole family (hotel staff) and if you want to go to the police you can do it , We contacted the police directly who came after about fifteen minutes. At first we encountered communication difficulties since he spoke only one language, Turkish, but the police were very kind and they tried to help us by communicating via google translate, the manager of the hotel was very furious and wanted to kick us out at 11 p.m. in a city full of people and where the availability of hotels was really rare, without reimbursing us for the two remaining nights, but thanks to the police we were able to be reimbursed and they found us a hotel not far away, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts, The police explained to us that they could not do anything as there was no violation. We complained to *********** about this incident and our surprise was that the manager confirmed to *********** that we never came to the hotel, but thank god we had messages exchanged as well as the photos taken in the establishment we had our evidence. Close to great restaurants and activities and the upstairs pool give a fabulous view of the harbour BUT the rooms themselves are very much in need of updating, renovating or just some basic TLC. I stayed there for a total of 3 weeks over a 6 week period, the staff really are lovely and the rates were good. As a senior solo traveler, I felt totally safe.

Reinste Katastrophe, die bilder sind ein Reinfall . Die Zimmer Stinken , Dusche vollgeschimmelt . Nach der Besichtigung der zimmer wolte der Besitzer schon dass Geld für die Nacht wo ich mit meiner Familien natürlich unter shock war da es nur ein Besichtigung der Zimmer war . Er hat unsern wagen zuparken lassen dass wir nicht weiter fahren konnten . Er bedrohte mich und meine Familie . Sodass ich am ende die Polizei rufen muste. Nie wieder dort hin .

Çok basit anlatayım. Diyelim ki duşa girdiniz şampuanınızı koyabileceğiniz bir yer yok. Kırılmış ama yerine konmamış. Maliyeti en fazla 20 tl. Duş başlığını yukarıya taktınız ama duş sizi değil tavanı yıkıyor. Maliyet en fazla 20 tl. Odada kesif bir lağım kokusu ve hiç bir zaman gitmiyor. Pencereler gün boyu açık ama faydası yok. Kırılan yerleri derme çatma tamir edilmiş. Resepsiyon çalışanları kibar ve konuşkan ama hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü servis elemanı bir bayan var. Soru soruyorsunuz cevap yok. Akşama kadar telefon elinden düşmüyor. Odalarda izolasyon yok bütün konuşmalar duyuluyor. Kapılar çarpmadan kapanmadığı için gecenin bir yarısı kapı sesiyle uyanabiliyorsunuz. Hayatım boyunca 100lerce otelde konakladım, hatta bir defasında Gümüşhane'de bir handa konaklamıştım. O bile bundan iyiydi. Unutmadan Teras muhteşem ama her tarafı baz istasyonlarına kiralanmış. Uzun süre oturduğunuzda ne olabileceğini allah bilir.
