Beautiful hotel.!!!!! All staff really friendly and helpful. The lady at the booking desk is especially nice, her name is Vesile, she is very helpful and will try her best to help you with any questions!! My family have been here 4 times and it’s my first I can see why they keep coming back it feels safe and it’s got everything you need for a great holiday!! Thank you :)

the best experience i’ve had! the entertainment staff are absolutely amazing and include you in a variety of activities such as , (aqua) sports , yoga , bingo etc and have a show every night which is amazing aswell. they are so friendly and always willing to help and make your experience one of a kind. the food and rooms can’t be faulted either and all over , a great experience, will definitely be back.

1.Spa and welness: Spa and welness is super good. All very kind female masseuses that give you a really good experience. Also the manager of the spa is very kind and helpfull. 2. Overal Resort: The only remark from me is that the overall kindness of some people can be improved. At the reception or across the resort there are unkind people. 3.housekeeping/cleaning Very kind people excellent service

arrived at hotel 7.10.24 around 11.30 to receive a none enthusiastic greeting from reception. sign here given key . and waited for cases to be took to room . poor guy had 100 steps up a 1/10 gradient to room . just took tip and left . i then noticed safe deposit was locked so back to reception and got a master key , back to room to discover no key hole in safe , figured out had to pull plastic front off safe to get key in . food was to be offered on arrival but cold unlabelled soup (looked awful like dirty dish water)and bread , think the cat on the bread bench was not for consumption, we booked a sea view room , room was fine , sea view blocked by over grown trees , and close to next door hotel with loud music till just after 11 most nights . food i will combine breakfast , lunch and dinner , wouldn’t ask the cat to eat it . cold , flys landing on it and bbq area had a-lot of blue bottle flies and food trays left open . food never hot and at best warm even the melon . same food day after day . how a chef would set this slop out is beyond me . -2* for food . wife tried pancakes freshly made but raw in middle when bit into it , would make you boke. staff in general could not be bothered making an effort and offered little hospitality, left you feeling as if they just wanted to close up . will have to mention the shop keeper and his staff , very helpful, friendly and extra helpful if asked an addition to the hotel . Ebrahim in spa and staff also helpful . one bar man Farat made an effort making a few full cocktails in a glass for a select few , nice guy. these are the pictures people post , not the ones with a plastic cup and no presentation at all not shakin or crushed ice etc. all the time i was there every drink i got was in a plastic cup, even when i asked staff struggled to fine a glass one. safety while walking steps an issue for all ages with a few people falling on poorly lit and broken steps , no lifts in hotel and noticing injured guests every morning . entertainment staff try but fail for the most part , yoga and samba got a few everything else was very poor . venue for show has no toilet no bar and up a-lot of steps and very steep slopes that if wet you slid down in flip flops . all this is due to JET2 sending me and wife to a hotel that was closing for season from we arrived , constantly packing up and recycling food and running out of everything even coke and orange juice . no ice cream from we arrive was offered even if sign said so . totally unacceptable. JET2 rep had to agree with my issues and said i should be told its there last weeks prior to arriving . he also said there was a fly kill light in resturant but this was not true as i checked . snack bar was a bit better than resturant, should say canteen but with the level so low in hotel , this would be easy , a road side van would be stars above here . we where told at reception the only food i could order in was Dominoes pissa , as i had tried to order food in , even on t

Came back 2 weeks ago from Kadikale.Hotel is in beautiful position on the seafront with lovely infinity pool,with sea views over the bay. The hotel needs a good clean up,and many places refurbishing,to bring it up to a 5 star. Most of the staff were miserable apart from the snack bar staff who were very good and always cheerful and helpful. Entertainment was dire and a lot of people walked away after a few minutes. Food was poor and cold and ran out of the best things early. Although the hotel was open until October 21st things were finishing from the start of October daily eg speciality meal on sea front on October 2nd,ice creams a few days later and a lot of the food had finished for the season. Most drinks were running out about 6pm eg baileys and coffee liquor. The room was good and spacious and cleaned to a good standard. We enjoyed our holiday as we got out every day and made the most of a poor 5 star hotel which could be made into a great hotel. If you go here expect noise all night as it is a 24 hour bar and people are arriving and leaving all through the night. We will not be returning
