Holiday Inn & Suites BOCA RATON - NORTH by IHG

Good hotel, though a bit old, very good breakfast, nice swimming pool

Breakfast is 10 USD

we liked it. Business trip. Quiet. Near Highway. Will book again.

Quiet rooms with friendly staff members.

去客户那，住這裏很方便

The hotel definitely needs major renovations. The pool was green and dirty. The room had so many ants in it. You couldn't leave anything out. Definitely will NOT be staying there again.

I would not recommend this IHG property and will not be returning. Our rooms were not Well cleaned. The property grounds are also not well maintained. I had originally selected this hotel due to the reasonable price. I learned that I could have paid a little more and likely had a much better stay. I definitely do not Recommend this location for families, as there were also safety concerns on site.

The rooms were not clean when we arrived nor the public walkways neither. The check-in was quick. The rooms were out dated, the AC did not work in one of our rooms, no extra bedding was provided for the pull out couch. There were ants in the bathroom in one of our rooms. The parking was fine. One room had 2 tv's one room had 1, and one of the three tv's didn't work. The safe in one of the rooms was non-functioning. There was items from the previous guest left in our room. We got another hotel for the week, and this hotel despite much notice, did not provide any refund. Our reservation was for 5 days - we spent 1 night then left. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a desperate need of remodeling. Room had 2 doors uneven so closing or opening them was a hassle. Our room had a shower and the door didn’t close completely. Bathroom faucet spins. 1 ice machine in the first floor, we had to go down the stairs to get some ice. The staff was nice and polite.
